I am not one to write bad reviews but ordered a bowl of beef noodles. Looked and tasted undercooked. Noodles were bundled together.Approached owner and he told me no one else is complaining and he sells this all day long.Told me that he can heat it up for me if I want.Honestly did not expect that kind of answer. I am no spring chicken when comes to cooking and can tell when noodles are not cooked properly.

I came to the center to shop but got hungry. I decided to stop into this stall because they had the popcorn chicken I was craving. They have a ton of different options and many various meals you can get.The person at the stall was very friendly and helpful! Service was quick and I waited maybe 5 minutes for my meal. I got the popcorn chicken over rice, which comes with a bowl of ice and bok choy, a drink, and a decent size portion of the chicken for about $12. The chicken was made very well, juicy, and tender! The only thing was, the chicken was not season on the outside. I was expecting a bit of salt or pepper, but it didnt taste like much of the outside was seasoned. The rice was drizzled with some sort of sauce probably from another braised dish, it was delicious!I thought it was a wonderful meal, quick, and made very well. I would definitely come back.

Good value for the money. For ~$12, you get a filling meal + drink (pop, soy milk, or honey green tea).Beef noodle soup had a herbal flavour, but the broth was a bit thin, as it lacked that beefy bunch. Beef brisket was tender.

Probably worst lurou fan (Taiwanese minced pork rice) I’ve had in Richmond..Rice was too soggy, the stewed minced pork was gritty and tasted very flat. Marinated egg was way over cooked and even the side dishes tasted off. Lemon green tea is prepackaged hence no modifications can be made and just tasted bland.At $10 for a meal with a drink is a good deal if you are only looking for something to fill you up. Cash only. Not coming back.

Mediocre at best. With the choices in this food court I would suggest you move on. I paid $10 for about dozen squid legs with a plate full of peppers. The squid was tasty without being over fried. The noodles weren’t season correctly to be labeled Taiwanese noodles and they were a bit tasteless. If you were on a budget skip this place.

The Missus and I were in Lansdowne Mall and had a quick lunch at Old Street in the food court. Not sure of the low reviews, but we had no complaints regarding the service or food. For about $12.50 per person, it was a very economical lunch. The meals also came with honey green teas.We ordered the Taiwanese braised beef brisket noodle soup and the braised minced pork on dried noodles. The dishes were tasty to us. We will try some of the other dishes on our next visit.

The food is tasty and decently priced! Got a lunch combo #13, rice with pork gravy and egg with bok choy and fried chicken. It really hit the spot, and it also came with a honey lemon tea! Lansdowne Mall eatery gets packed on the weekends, so be advised to find a table before ordering food or risk walking around with your meal til you find something.

The worst fried chicken I’ve ever had in my life.Fried chicken leg was super dry and bland. Just like chicken jerky. Not coming back.
