The customer manager is rude and the branch Manager is just as rude. Both are condescending and everything is the customer fault and never theirs. There is absolutely NO customer service from this branch stay away!!!!

The staff is great however the fact they close the atm so we cant access our money when the branch closes is absurd. Which is forcing us who work late to access higher cost convenience store atm. What bank closes the separate atm same time as bank hours. Ridiculous and robbery

Provided me a Debit Card with only worked for 2 Days then they suspended my account and to mention here I lost my Debit Card and had to go to the branch to pickup the cardEdit: Came back to change the rating after seeing the promptness from Back office Thanks!

Nicolas is an angel so cute so helpful. Got me in and out in time to catch a flight when my card had a block put on it. Always good service but Nicolas went above and beyond. Thanks td!

I am utterly disappointed and frustrated with the abysmal level of customer service provided by the TD branch located at 1 Queen Street East in Brampton. My recent visit to this branch left me feeling disrespected, and I feel compelled to share my experience to warn others. I strongly advise avoiding this branch altogether and seeking better alternatives in the area.

Thank you Nikita for your awesome service. You went above and beyond expectation in remeding my banking needs. I cancelled my Account with TD 10 years ago because of the poor service I received at the TD Branch at Countryside and Airport. They were awful then and still to this day; hence the reason I drove all the way to the Main Street branch. The Queen and Airport branch is no better.Thank you for being patient and listening to me.Continue to greet your customers with a smile..

I am a new comer to Canada. My interactions with Gursimran and Ridwan (Main and Queen Branch) have been really positive so far. I think they really know what it means to provide quality service to customers. You leave having the sense that they care about you as a person and you are not just a number.
