Summerlyn Dental Care - Bradford Dentist

I went here for the first time and I was not impressed. They must be very understaffed and I just felt all the staff had no time for me. Considering the prices, that is a very bad feeling at the dentist.

Dr. Laura is an incredible dentist who looks out for the best of her patients. Monica the hygienist is by far the most thorough hygienist I have ever experienced and knowledgeable. I would give more than 5 stars if possible!

Id like to first say i have been going to this dental office for years. The staff and doctors have always been friendly and knowledgeable. I have had two root canals done in the past and have had no problem and i have never owed money on my account but out of the blue i was told i need to put down a 200 dollar deposit to have a root canal done. This would have been fine if it was the policy from the beginning of my treatment. I was made to feel like i am not a trust worthy client and that just doesn't sit well with me. I will be taking my business else where moving forward.

I had a filling done here on my front tooth. They let me walk out of the office with an unpolished filling. It was bumpy, uncomfortable and eventually pieces broke off. I had to go to another dentist to fix the work done here, and the other dentist was phenomenal. My new dentist even commented on the horrible work done here.Not worth it to go back because if it wasn’t done right the first time, would it really be done right the second?Hopefully no one else has a similar experience and I hope you can learn from this, Summerlyn and be much more attentive in the future.**EDIT TO RESPOND TO OWNER**I understand that you are not perfect, however, when working on a patients front tooth, there is a certain level of care and professionalism expected. I put my trust in your doctors and absolutely regretted that decision. My new dentist commented on the work done because it was done so poorly. In fact, he fixed it free of charge because it was just that bad. He fixed it in a few minutes, so I’m sorry to say but it sounds like there really is no excuse for the negligence of the dentist I saw at your office. When you called me the other day about my review, you mentioned that you cannot watch all your doctors all the time. I’m not sure what kind of response or reaction you wanted from me, but I believe that although you cannot watch them all the time, it is your responsibility to do your due diligence and hire skilled doctors that do not need to be “watched”.Please do not call me again, there is nothing that can be done to “make it right”. In my opinion, you’ve done quite enough.

Do not go here!! It seems they have two profiles as they have so many bad reviews. Summerlyn dental with no address and Summerlyn dental care. You guys can’t hide from your bad reviews! The receptionist is friendly but when you arrive it’s chaotic. They are rude, impatient, and disorganized. The staff have lost people connection. They were going to take my 6 year old daughter in without me. My daughter was scared and they did not attempt to comfort her. It was so rushed. I had to stop them and I felt so un-welcomed, I walked out! There’s much better places in Bradford.

Best dental clinic been a patient at Summerlyn since 2013 as a longtime patient , I have always been impressed with the qualities that make Summerlyn a great dental clinic I have always felt comfortable and confident while attending my appointments the whole entire staff are amazing, they’re always on time and very knowledgeable Dr. Zaid is an excellent communicator and explains technical information in an easy to understand manner...so reassuring! I have always felt that Dr. Zaid is compassionate and honest, only recommending treatment that will enhance the quality of my lifeI recommend Summerlyn dental clinic to anyone that’s looking for reliable dentist.

I came across with such a rude and racist maneger while applying for a position at the placement.Dear lady, you should be patient and let the person finish talking before jumping to conclusions. Smiling is a gift from God, why was it difficult for you to show it? I don't know what you go through during the day, but know that you work for people and need to have a pleasant face. I have seen a few different dentists and hygienist Julie and had a great experience each visit! I also have brought my 6 year old son for a specific exam and the dentist was fantastic with him! I will recommend Summerlyn Dental to every one.

I was contacted regularly about booking additional appointments. It was very pushy. They advertised free whitening kits with visit but afterwards informed me that they were out of stock. Aggressive upselling. More interested in your benefit coverage than what care you actually need. My wife's filling came out porous. It cracked soon after and she had to get it worked on elsewhere.Will not be back. Please ensure that I am off your marketing list.
