Glow is absolutely fantastic! I saw Dr Iso and he fully listened to what I was looking for, was friendly and professional and provided excellent service. I had Botox and lip filler (a first for both procedures) and I am extremely pleased with my results!

The people here are lovely and I recommend this clinic very highly. I recently had several laser treatments with Chantelle which gave me the results I hoped for at a very reasonable cost compared to some clinics - and Chantelle was very thoughtful and communicative between treatments. I have been seeing Dr. Iso for the past year or so as well. He is a gem - knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and very helpful - no quibbles over an extra appointment if you need it or just have more questions, and his yearly fee so reasonable, especially considering how much time he spends with his patients. I could not be a happier client.

I was so afraid to get a Botox on my forehead ... but looked really awful and made me look old :-(Dr.Iso re-assured me that it will be all fine... no need to be afraid or worried! This clinic takes no responsibility in the treatments and pricing offered. Business ethics with all staff including level of directorship are a huge concern. I am having to take this matter to the Better Business Bureau of BC. Such a shame to experience such little minds in the whole of a Medical Clinic. Do not expect customer service.In response: Remember, a threat (especially by a clinic like yours) is only perceived as a threat when wrong is done. Speaking over a client and trying to manipulate (remember, I recorded the convo) is unacceptable and requires repercussions and a review by authorities.Instead of solving a problem the whole team, including Dr.Iso who was present during my call made things worse. I think this clinic has forgotten that it takes customers to pay for GOOD service(s) to run.

I’m a 45-year-old male and have had fairly low testosterone for a number of years now. Usually around a 10. But recently I had one out of range and my second test was the very bottom without being out of range. My doctor sent me to an endocrinologist who retested and of course that time I got a 10 again. After my consultation, the doctor said there’s nothing he can do for me. I have severe symptoms of low testosterone. can you help??? Libido is literally the least of my concerns. I’m extremely exhausted all the time and have terrible mood and depression, and recently gained some weight out of the blue. Just wondering if your clinic can help with your methods?

Dr Isho is amazing. I paid for private Telus health and it was a waste. He’s kind and informative and quick to reply. Staff is lovely and prompt. I get the best service and so happy. Carolyn.

The staff at Glow are fantastic! I’ve known Dr. Iso for several years now and have yet to meet a friendlier and more easy-going physician. He is super skilled and knowledgeable, and really cares about his patients. He’s also an excellent listener and never suggests that I spend more than I want to (which is something I can’t say about any other aesthetics doc/nurse that I’ve met!). I trust him 100% and won’t go anywhere else!
