I came into bmo with my mother trying to make an online account because of technical issues online, Staff helped us out to the best of their abilities, Laurel was super helpful and managed to help us with everything that we had trouble with. :)

worst bank ever. had some fraud credit card payments, on the phone since 7:30 it is now 9.. no help. I am student so money is not something I mess with. DO NOT BANK WITH BMO. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE STRESS.

I invested in TFSA with BMO Calgary before covid, now it is 3 years, but there was not good gains as they committed at the time investment, moved to Ontario 2 years before, meet with the investment people 4 times in between with Chris and Leo, told my concerns about but they dont care and never gave any better advise, desperately I took out my investment yesterday and told them next week I will take out my wife,s investment as well. Now first time in 3 years I got call today, but I dont care and told we have bigger plans but the service you people provided are the worst.

BMO hours suck. 4pm? 5 pm? Seriously? What business closes at 4pm anymore? Even my Doctor's office is open better hours.I am trying to help a family member with their banking, but everyone is busy these days, schedules are hectic & a bank that closes at 4pm is not a bank that has it's customer's needs in mind. That is just a money vault, to me.A business that makes billions of dollars in profit by using THEIR CUSTOMER'S money, can absolutely afford to think of the needs of their customers.Rant is done.

Manager is a grumpy person. Attempted to have a charge removed off of my account. Received lots of attitude from the manager after asking to speak with her to an employee. This bank charges far too much for their services. Go with a better, cheaper bank.

Lots of parking and convenient location off of the highway.The wait time was a little long even with all the cashiers open. Could use a bigger bank at this location. They were professional and certious. Which went a long way.The BMO banks are hard to find. The hours arent thc best.#localguides
