We needed a scissor lift on short notice due to a change at the job site we were working at. United was able to get us a lift there in a reasonably quick time. We were then able to carry on with the scheduled work for the day.

I am giving this a 1 Star, because of the inflexibility in billing. Make sure you do not add time to your rental. After 1 month I needed to add 4 days. I would have expected some flexibility in billing especially when the deliveries are basically never on time.I will change my rating if I can get a resolution to this billing issue.

The rental process was very easy. Being able to contact my sales representative directly and having him be able to find a solution that meets my needs and not having to worry about knowing exactly what lifts are on the market makes it very easy. Thank you to Lambert and the sales team for finding a solution and having the unit delivered the night before so that I was able to have my team up and running first thing in the morning is a huge relief.
