I came in for my appointment and the stylist that they assigned to me doesn't seem to know what she should do. I showed her the color I wanted (chocolate brown), took a picture of the photo I showed, and went to ask other stylists. She came back and told me she could do a balayage and she could probably achieve the color that I want. I told her I wanted to do an all-over hair color yet she is not confident she can give me that because she needed more than two hours to do it. I have been to Simonson a couple of times, did a light brown color, and was able to get what I asked for. She is not confident about the reasons she was telling me so I end up going home and didn't get my hair done. I wasted my saturday coming into a lacking stylist! I was expecting a knowledgeable stylist. I don't recommend Samantha.

Saw Linda previously for all over color and saw Taylor today for a balayage and cut and she did amazing! Super happy with my results with both ladies! Will definitely return!

My husband wanted a fade style haircut and I convinced him to go to Simonsons instead of a lower end salon since I’ve always had a good experience. He came home with easily the worst haircut he’s ever had, wasn’t shown the back of his head with a mirror and my message was left read with no response. Thank god for hats. We will both be looking for a new salon.Edited to add that a few days after this post they reached out and issued a refund.

Had an AMAZING deep tissue massage with Stacy with a recommended add on hot stone treatment! Much needed and would definitely recommend! I also experienced a wonderful microcurrent eye lift with January who was very knowledgeable and educated on the procedure and able to answer all of my questions and explain things thoroughly. Wonderful spa day experience!

I had an appointment for a color and cut, which was canceled due to a call in. They called me back and managed to still get me in with a different stylist which was great. The color was nearly $400 and wasn't what I had asked for, I had asked for a slight strawberry blonde and walked out with bright copper hair. There was also no cut even though that's what I paid for and made a reservation for. If I had wanted that kind of red they did a great job but when I said something about the color not being right I was told it'd wash out some. It hasn't.

Went in for a facial with dermaplaning and it was amazing. I saw Carmen and she was so pleasant. Carmen did an amazing job on my facial, I look refreshed and my skin is glowing. I highly recommend booking with Carmen. I will be back.

The staff were all so nice and friendly! I had a facial with Brandi and she was great! She was very knowledgeable with explaining the process and helped with product recommendations. She was very easy to talk to and made it a nice relaxing process. The whole experience was amazing! I actually won a gift card for this salon and don’t live in the area, but would love to go back for the amazing service!

Went for a hot stone body massage! Simple, didn't want anything extra. Looked at prices online prior to booking and then booked online. What they don't tell you online is that your price can go up (substantially) depending on who you get as your massage therapist and you really don't get the option of knowing who your getting or how much more that will be. The prices reflected online should tell the full story and to not do that is a little deceptive in my book.

Nope. Never again. First, the pricing structure is stupid. Second, the last time I tried them, they cancelled my appointment and lied to me about the reason. I gave them another chance and reserved a 90 minute service. What I received was an hour and they wouldn't refund me the $50 price difference. I got a goodwill" credit of $20 and was told the length of the service varies. Sorry
