Super happy with these guys!! I bought an Audi A8 from Urban Motors a few months ago and I'll say I'd buy from them again (I mean it)!! These gentlemen truly care about quality and appreciate customers! Faisal and Haider were amazing to deal with! I am very picky when it comes to vehicles and the shape they're in, especially this car being my 'nice' ride! We came in from a few hours away, and I'll say it's absolutely worth the drive! Faisal was great to deal with - very straight forward, no pressure, happy to let us test drive as many vehicles as we wanted to. He was ready to answer any questions we had as well as offer his opinion on the various vehicles. There was none of the usual (at other dealerships) high pressure sales tactics. Most importantly, shopping for cars really stresses out my wife and she was totally comfortable with the Urban Motors guys.I really like their business model - really good quality vehicles at a reasonable and fair price. They also have all the documentation, car fax, owner history when available, work they've done to the vehicles to bring them up to standard, etc.Faisal also offered on going support through his industry connections if we needed parts or other work done in the future - superior customer service.We've been by to look a number of times over the years and this time found a vehicle that fit our needs perfectly. Recently we purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Faisal at Urban Motors. As we are from Lethbridge we first spoke over the phone and came to a deal on the price before making the trip to Calgary to see how the vehicle was. The weather was cold the day we went to Calgary and when we got there Faisal immediately informed us that the vehicles heater was not working when they went to fill it up with fuel. This was unforeseen and unfortunate as we had made the trip, but we appreciated his openness and honesty about the problem. Faisal and I ended up taking it for a bit of a drive for as long as we could. During the ride we spoke about his business and how long he had been established. As the owner/operator I could tell he was very passionate about his business, selling customers quality used vehicles, and his reputation as it is key in this industry. You can tell he really pays attention to the details when purchasing a vehicle as he trusts them to perform when a customer arrives. After we got back Faisal said he would book the vehicle in to get the problem checked and would cover any expenses associated with it. It ended up being minor due to the weather and the vehicle sitting for an extended period during our -30 to -40 cold snap. Although I didn’t give Faisal a deposit upon our first trip to Calgary, I gave him my word that we would purchase the vehicle after bearing the problem was solved. We shook on it, and he held the vehicle for us. Once everything was cleared, we made the trip back up to Calgary to pick up the vehicle. I wanted to wait until some time had passed before writing this review and the vehicle has performed and stayed in good shape. The Range Rover was clean and in very good condition. The maintenance records were meticulous. I appreciate Faisal’s honesty and ownership of the minor hiccup. He wasn’t pushing the sale, forcing a deal, trying to convince you to purchase an extended warranty, or pushing the financing like a typical salesman would. He ultimately lets you choose if the vehicle is right for you. Kudos to Faisal and Urban Motors for having a down to earth dealership. There’s a reason why he has high ratings. I would highly recommend Urban Motors and will be back in the future.

We were looking for a luxury wagon and my search took me to Urban Motors. I had been in contact with over 20 used car dealers and by far Urban Motors was knowledgeable, open to talk to and willing to deal fairly. We were from out of town and they were super accommodating and up front about all aspects involving our interests in their vehicles. I would recommend anyone who has an interest in any of their vehicles to contact them. I will definitely check with them again when in the market for another used vehicle! Great car dealership! Definitely recommend!After searching for a car for a few weeks, I visited both large and small dealerships, but I never experienced such attentive and excellent service anywhere else. The staff showed me exactly what I was looking for and assisted with the car registration process. I understood that I was purchasing a used car, and it was somewhat of a gamble. Within the first two weeks, there were two minor breakdowns, but Faisal covered all the repair costs under warranty. When I decide to buy another car, I will definitely come back to this dealership first! Thank you.

The vehicles at Urban Motors are above amazing. I had been skeptical of independent auto retailers in the past due to bad experiences. So, when I started looking for a BMW, I sought out the private and dealership offerings, avoiding the independents. My search for a vehicle resulted in only a few worthwhile options, including one from Urban Motors. Coming from Lethbridge, I decided to make a quick stop at Urban Motors, on my way to look at other BMW’s in Calgary, just to see what I thought would be a waste of my time. Well, to my surprise, the lot was not only bursting with a huge variety of BMW’s, but also many Audi’s, Mercedes, as well as other imports. I was astounded at their inventory. I first met Haidar and he showed my BMW aficionado friend and I the BMW X3 that we were there to see. But, on the way to see that SAV, to our surprise there were so many, many more to see. Haider’s knowledge of BMW’s and Audi’s is only seconded by Faisal’s. The two are very knowledgeable about European vehicles as they discussed their inventory with us. The more that we looked at their X3, the more we grew to appreciate the quality of the vehicles they sell. In short, none of the privates and dealerships could hold a candle to Urban Motors’ inventory. Not only did I end up getting the X3 that I first had my eyes on, but it turned out to be an absolutely, incredible machine. If you are in the market for a fabulous European ride, I strongly suggest making a stop at Urban Motors, like I did. You will be pleasantly surprised and it’s well worth your time. I buyed a Nissan Juke RS from these guys. Great service, they really treat you like family. The car was a one owner, clean title, interior like brand new, i was shocked such a rare and clean motor, just had to buy it.
