would not recommend. bought a pair for appropriate 600.00. about 8 months later the arm broke at the hinge, which I was told should have been replaced free of charge. Not only would they not replace them, they wanted 100.00 to repair them.I had no choice I needed my glasses. they returned the glasses 2 weeks later. They were not the same ones I sent to them.They told me that the lenses were the same ,but they had to give me different frames. I was so annoyed I just walked away.

Staffs are amazing but can't stay in the room with my kid. I don't think is acceptable for that. As a mother wants to know what's going on inside the room. Not really comfortable at all. Told me to stay outside the room and the Dr closed the door.I dont think should behave like to the parents and should let parents stay with the kids.

My husband, myself and our son had our glasses and eyes exams done here.They're friendly, courteous and the service is fast, less than 7 days all 3 pairs different ranges were complete. It was amazing and great I would and will recommend them to everyone I know who wears glasses or contacts. Hailey is a sweet heart.❤

My glasses broke, and the Staff @ Medical Centre Optical were extremely efficient, and helpful. I was able to call and explain the problem, they keep Contacts on site, as well as they have their own Lab on site. I was able to purchase a pair of emergency contacts to last me till my next eye exam, which I will for sure be having at Medical Centre Optical. I will be returning to purchase glasses in the future. :)

Remarkable customer service. They were busy when i went in but I didn’t feel ignored. Staff immediately came to me and assured me to assist ASAP and they did. I don’t remember her name but she was so nice to all customers and of course collection was amazing ranging from low to high price. They have everything you might be looking for. Definitely will go back to them for another purchase.

Hali was so helpful with finding me appropriate sized frames for my smallish face. And prescription sunglasses. Amazing staff. Amazing high end selections. Highly recommend. Store is beautiful.

I went to this shop to inquire about putting new high index lenses that were frameless in my own glasses. I went here as Pearle Optical in Limeridge said they do not do four points frameless frames. I was thrilled to be able to continue to use my own glasses with a new prescription. The manager and staff were very helpful and I would highly recommend.

The staff that work here are patient, helpful and accommodating. When its not busy, they are more than happy to shop with you until you're blue in the face! For me, I got to look around and try things on, on my own. Without 21 questions. When I had pulled serveral glasses to try on not a single person complained about it. They gave their honest opinions when asked too. I appreciate that. Not only did I end up choosing a totally different frame (better than my last because of them) but I also got a second pair, both I am sooo excited to recieve! I was never pushed into anything, though I should think it common sense that if you got your eye exam there that, as a business, they would want you to buy your frames/lenses there. All of my questions were answered with confidence and sensibility. I never once felt like I was being sold something that didnt benefit me (antiglare as I am a migraine sufferer with light sensitivity). I had the money to get 'er done"

This place is fantastic! I am so glad I stumbled upon this place as I was walking through Jackson Square. I am skeptical when it comes to glasses stores, but this place blew me always with the variety of glasses, the price, quality of lenses, and most of all the customer service. Frames there do feel cheap though.David, the owner, has been the BEST person I have ever dealt with for glasses in my entire 24 years of living (and I have been to many glasses stores.) He really knows his stuff and will give you his honest opinion, and will tell you if the glasses don't look good on you. If you're having trouble he will go to great lengths to figure out the problem and do his best to accommodate you.
