TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

This is the closest branch to my place but I have to go to other place to get the same expected service without answering unreasonable questions or documents!! or to get better exchange rates, no chance here! Other branches specially one in Burnaby are more friendly and appreciate the long time customers (I have done all my banking with TD for over 10 years).For straightforward services, go here cause there is usually no lineups but if you want to apply for a service, or do exchange, etc, I don't recommend it

My favorite branch rarely a line up if so another helper promptly comes to help the friendliest staff ever! 2 thumbs up!Oh and check out there yummy latte espresso machine ;-) keep up the good work

Excellent client experience. Layla Farra helped me for my banking needs, she is a very nice person.

I am very unhappy with the experience I just had at this location. I went in to deposit a draft into my account and the teller informed me that the funds would not be available for 5 business days. A draft is essentially cash but they are treating it as a cheque. My account is in good standing and has a healthy balance. They asked me what my plans were for the funds in my account, when I told them it was for a mortgage they asked to see my mortgage contract from another bank. That is none of their business! We had a bank draft done to avoid the wait as we are in a rush to lock in a mortgage rate.

This td bank branch is is one if the newer ones that opened up after this neighbourhood got busier. Their service is good and because it is in an area that isn't too busy, it's usually not too crowded either.

Extremely poor experience/ service multiple times. Changing all my banking to Vancity where the service has been night and day.I'm not sure if it's incompetence, very disorganized or that they don't have standard operating procedures implemented. But I get different results and answers for fairly standard requests.Examples:I ask to withdraw a sum of cash, they say it'll be available in 3 business days and that they'll call me when it's ready. They don't call me on the 3rd business day, and on the 4th business day I call them to make sure when I go there it'll be ready. Sure enough, since I didn't pick it up on day 3 (never got the call), they have to do another request and I have to wait another 2 business days. Unacceptable. Fail.Another time I go to withdraw cash and instead of 3 days they want me to wait 5 business days to have it ready. Inconsistent on timing and an unnecessarily long delay for access to my own money. Fail.I'm told by the teller that I can withdraw upto 5k from the ATM and 5k from the teller. So I do this a few times, and then one day they refuse to give it to me. This gets escalated to the manager 'Courtney' where she essentially rotates back and forth between we're protecting you from potential fraud"

Great place to do your banking, the staff is very friendly and helpful! As for their manager, it's nice to know that they have someone who really cares about their customers!!

Very nice and fast service. It seems much nicer and personalized than others....if all tds were like that I'd be apart of one. Just came in for someone else

I love coming here, very great customer service, Jane and all the other tellers are very great people.

I would normally have quite a positive experience with TD, but I had not so pleasant experience with the mortgage specialist Din, the manager of FA, who approached with her negative demeanor during the preapproval process, as she was simply not willing to assist with my needs. Might be better off going to another branch!
