My girlfriend went to buy two nice mugs for her mother. One of them had a mark on them. She asked the employee to look if there was one in the back without the mark. If there wasn’t she would have bought a different one. Instead they pretended to look, didn’t find one and still gave us the marked mug without telling her. They did this despite hearing her say that it was an emotional gift for her mom who she misses dearly… Just a really bad way to treat a customer.
