Today we called Mr. Utopia as the lower element in our Whirlpool oven ceased to work. He returned our service call promptly and informed us that he could replace the element today between 1-3 pm. At 12:50pm today he was at our door and quickly replaced the element. He was very professional, courteous and he was a pleasure to have in our home. His fee was very reasonable.
