PC floor did a excellent job, fast, professional local company. Helped to pick good looking and flooring.

I strongly urge anyone considering a relationship with this business to reconsider. I speak from experience as we started a business and needed flooring for our main area and our bathroom. Our contractor suggested we consider PC Floors and subsequently decided to engage them for the flooring.PC Floors installed the flooring (laminate and tiles). To be clear, our contractor simply referred us to this vendor, we dealt directly with PC Floors, received their bill and paid PC Floors directly. As pricing goes, we did not receive any special pricing consideration, we simply wanted to engage with an experienced firm to ensure quality product and workmanship, someone who can stand behind the warranty offered by both the product and the installation.We were wrong. PC Floors reminds me of a pop-up store that is here today and gone tomorrow. They have an excellent Sales department, but their after sales service is non-existent. Approximately one month after the installation, our laminate boards developed gaps between the joints. My assumption is that the boards were not installed properly and the boards moved developing gaps between the pieces. Sounds like a simple fix.Now we are reasonable and logical people, we called the vendor PC Floors and discussed the issue with then on several occasions. Their manager, a lady who goes by the name of Rinki, made one excuse after another from the installer not being available, was sick, was in quarantine, call your contractor etc. As I mentioned, Rinki and her team are focused on Selling you their offering, but not at all interested in backing up their service after the installation. Over the weeks of what seems like just basic evasive lies, we asked Rinki if we could speak to the owner, and you guessed it, Rinki informed us that the owner was, out of town !! Five months after our initial complaint, we are still waiting for PC Floors to engage !!To date and to be clear, what seems like such a simple basic issue with the installation of our flooring, PC Floors has never came by to even look at the floors, or return any of our calls. They simply don't care.It seems our experience is indicative of others who have the same dissatisfaction from PC Floors. Buyer beware, in an industry where the after-sales service is as important if not even more important to nurture and manage a relationship, Rinki and her team are more focused on being deceptive. There are many better and more reputable firms to engage with, do not deal with PC Floors if you care about the quality of installation and the after-sales service, its non-existent at PC Floors. For the purpose of this review, if I could give them a zero star, I would.

Laminate flooring at affordable rates and workmanship on installation of it.

I cannot recommend PC Floors at all. The two younger gentleman who installed the floor for the most part took pride in their work. However, prior to install, two older gentleman prepared the floor and clearly did not know what they were doing. They skimped on the levelling compound to save their quote. We now have to rip the kitchen floor out, have it re-leveled and re-laid. There are small patches in other part of the house that need to be fixed as well. The two older gentlman also hurried the job in two of the rooms and the results were visible gaps between the vinyl planks in these rooms. They answered the complaint by fililng the gaps with coloured caulking. PC Floors cared more for the money than they did the quality of the job and we are left with having to hire another company to redo their sloppy work, a significant addiitonal cost. They also redid our stairs with custom nosing. At first, we were impressed but 6 months onward, the nosings are giving way and the stairs will need to be redone. We brought it to their attention but they were not interested in fixing the stairs. PC Floors are clearly not experts in flooring...look elsewhere.

Great job done ✔️These guys did an amazing job ... mostly we come on this platform when we have some complaints or disappointment, but am here to appreciate all the Hardwork Rajvir and Jeet(Owner) these guys have put into my place .Single mother had to leave my previous basement within a month and my new house was still not ready , wasso anxious about stuff however these guys went above and beyond to have my place ready within 2 weeks did whole flooring job , carpets and vinyl in our basement .Loved the selection they have , deals they offer and flexible according to your schedule . Must visit this place , highly recommended.Thankyou for making everything so easy .

We purchased some carpet from here to redo our bedrooms , the selection was fantastic and the pricing was reasonable and not inflated. We were very happy with the quality of the product after installation. I wouldn't hesitate to go back and shop in the future.

I would not reccomend this company to anyone. They came to start the job and decided to leave within 5 minutes of getting there and left without telling anyone. Then I called them and asked what happened? After talking to them, they wanted us to pay before the work had even started. I figured out it was the owner Rajvir who told his workers to leave the jobsite because he wanted to charge us even more after giving us a estimate the day before. After calling other companies, I found out that we were getting overcharged by alot by PC FLOORS!! I do not reccomend this company to anyone!! Call another company and save your money!
