Very gentle! I was running half an hour late to my appointment, not only were they kind and understanding, I was still able to get my cleaning done. The lady was so gentle & patient. Great place to go in brantford!

Excellent experience today! Kristen was very thorough. She cares a lot about her client. She walked me through every step and was very polite, approachable and professional. The staff is very friendly as well. Highly recommend!!!

I was a little apprehensive about going in after 14 years, but the visit went better than I thought. Was informed of what my problems were and a plan of action was implemented. Looking forward to getting the work done that I should have got done years ago.

Going to Avenue Dental for over 40 years it has been a pleasant experience. Staff members are very helpful and friendly not to forget knowledgeable. Dr. Spolia is a very thoughtful and caring doctor with years of experience in dentistry. I would recommend Avenue Dental to everyone.

First time visiting after 4 years of not seeing a dentist. Had an excellent experience. I usually feel uncomfortable at the dentist and have bad teeth with a long history of past work. They were very patient and thorough. I felt comfortable with everyone and would definitely recommend going to them.

The amount they charged for a teeth cleaning was incredibly expensive (no x-rays). And a dentist didn't even come in to check if there were any problems, which used to be standard. And they charge extra for teeth polishing now (which the hygienist warned me about beforehand). The hygienist was very professional and did a great job, but this is the most I've paid for a standard cleaning ever.

I went to Avenue Dental today and received great care by Dr Yat Sunny Tam and his assistant. He took the time to explain things to me in detail. The reception staff was friendly and very helpful.

Nichol is the best hygienist. I have kept up my cleanings for my life time of twice a year for 35 years, so I have lots to compare. Her technique, skill and information sharing makes her the best. Ask and book with her, currently Monday and Fridays.
