Got our new hot tub delivered earlier this week, guys who delivered and set up were great! Mitch even came back days later to answer some questions and go over things with me. From the first few times in the showroom, to ordering, to delivery, we are very pleased!

Big shout out to Mahon Pools! They came to close our pool today (we live on Black Lake) and they were very professional and helpful. They outshine their competition and we plan on using them in the future. Thank you so much Mahon Pools!

Incredible experience! They turned our pool from an absolute nightmare to a dream come true in less than a week! My kids had their first swim today and loved every minute of it! I would like to take the time to thank all the people at Mahon pool and spa Excellent. Service after my very very poor service cobra pool. I was nice to know there still great service out there they did what they say .and go back again. Thanks one again for your great service will sure to let people know were to go in Perth for good service and were not too go.

Fantastic place to get robbed and laughed at. Had them do our pool liner, verbally told my wife to provide a 1500$ deposit. Never provided a formal quote. We repeatedly asked through the process if there were any other costs and got told by multiple people no. Only once the job was done, we get a bill for another $1000.00. When we call to ask what the hell it's about, we get laughed at. Very professional! Pretty clear why it's so expensive. Once you get the bill, they markup items you can buy yourself online by more then 35%, and charge ridiculous labour flat fees. Get this, 900$ for 3 1/2 hours of work. That's more then 250$/Hour. That's starting to be lawyer prices. My advice is save yourself the trouble and do it yourself or go somewhere that cares enough about customer service to not laugh at you!

We have a very old hot tub that is a challenge to service. Just recently we had pump and control board issues. Mitch was a pleasure to work with, communicated very efficiently with us and solved our problems at minimal costs. Excellent service!!

Got my beautiful new artic spa delivered last week by the cracker jack delivery team, led by Mitch Mahon. Love the Hot Tub. So impressed with the delivery and set up capabilities.

We required a repair to the wall of our above ground pool.We returned from out of town to find a had written note telling us that our pool was repaired,we could proceed with filling and starting the pump!We could not have been more pleased with the attention to detail in repairing our pool as well as Rodney taking the time to leave us a note.EXCELLENT customer service and relations!!Our dealing with Mahon Pools and Spas have always been 5 star!Thanks for the great work!

I was EXTREMELY happy with the friendly service provided by Mahon Pools! They were able to provide new top rail covers for my almost 20 year old pool (yes, our Flipper pool was even bought from Mahons)! After 20 years, the sun had certainly taken a toll on the old covers, and I didn't think I would have any luck in finding replacements, as I understood that the Flipper company was no longer in business. Without hesitation, they looked them up, ordered them, they arrived within a couple of days (much quicker than expected) and the price was very reasonable too! Couldn't ask for better service! Thank you Mahon Pools!!!
