TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

The Bank Tellers at this location does not have the necessary skills to do something simple. They are the most incompetent people I have ever met. If I can give negative review I would do for this TD branch.

My family has been banking with TD for over 30 years and have a great relationship. The treatment we received today while in the branch was very disheartening and discouraging. I have no choice but to continue banking with TD due to commitments, however I will definitely avoid going to this branch again. I know people all make mistakes which was acknowledged by the manger, but to all customers deserve to be treated with dignity and respect. It’s horrible a feeling to be treated lesser than others. This Branch needs to do better. Scan through your customer profile and quickly review accounts before you paint a picture of the person you’re dealing with.

I’m a HUGE TD fan. The bank for the most part is excellent. However this location is the biggest DISGRACE to TD. TDs customer service is always great and very helpful but I guess they forgot to train these employees with the same methods. This location is completely hit or miss. The spectrum how useless to helpful the employees are is very broad. Some employees are very helpful and some employees are ones you never want to speak too. That’s what I hate most about this location. Not knowing if I’m gonna get help or a lecture/ irrelevant advice is the most frustrating thing ever. The customer service desk at this location needs to be ripped out and thrown away, completely useless. The guy that sits at the front is completely useless. HE WILL 100% waste your time be cautious. He does not want to help he just wants to make it seem like he tried but you’ll need to see a teller anyways. The lady is no better either at customer service, she also likes to give a lot of irrelevant advice as well. I know the tellers aren’t the greatest but your chance is definitely higher of maybe getting one of the helpful employees.

I am a customer at the Mavis and Dundas branch for more than 30 years never had a problem. I decided to do one major transaction at this branch, what should have taken 10 minutes took over an hour. When I came home and check my account I realized they did something wrong. I called and left a message took 12 days to get what was suppose to be an explanation. I will never do business at this branch again other than using the ATM.

There is a reason why this bank is rated 2.5 stars. I have been going to this bank every Thursday for the past three months, I have always waited 20 minutes to deposit a check. This is getting ridiculous. They have like 10 workers there, but only two at the desk to give you a hand. The manager here is horrible, she has no idea what she’s doing. Gave me a hard time when I asked to have a word with her about this nonsense going on. Discrimination and it’s finest. Fire this lady ASAP TD

Worst location to go , always a long line up and not enough tellers open . Happened 3 consecutive times .

Very poor service. Only 3 wickets were open and a long line up, although there were so many of staff personnel moving around. The line up moved a person in 16 minutes. When it was asked more windows be open, someone showed up to say we are in contravention of the Covid protocols and brought out a signage of Covid rules; She asked about 8 of us to go out and wait in (a small) vestibule area. When customers protested she started asking their name, tel. no. and other info. This was clearly NOT the way of handling a situation. She refused to identified herself and hid her name tag with her hair. Much later after asking 3 times she gave her business card as G*n**p B*d*.Indeed...very unprofessional. Needs to be taught of business manners. BTW, I am TD customer since 1985. It was the worst Manger I ever had dealt with.I am surprised TD and TD Upper Management has not read these negative comments. I will certainly be avoiding this branch from now-on.

This location really the worst TD I’ve reached. They hold my bank draft for more than 15 business days. Also the staff is so rude in this location, the manager of this location refused to verify the status with the originates! I wish I can rate them zero!

Branch Manager lied to me. She said she’s gonna file a report for me and never did, irresponsible, inconsiderate and caused an major inconvenience. Bank teller was oblivious on what was going on but tried to act like she knew what she was doing and talking about. I think they threw all the unexperienced people to this branch.
