I called and she doesn't want my business because I hold a policy with intact but i also want to insure my motorhome. Alright then... doesn't seem like a great business model to turn down new customers but what do I know.

I would recommend Kooman Agencies to everyone! Very easy to communicate with and questions answered promptly. They offer very competitive rates and work hard to give you the best insurance plan available.

I have great dealings with Co-operators in Brampton but this location is questionable. It seems to me that they hire anyone. I reported that one of their employee access my personal information and was broadcasting my personal information to people and they still have her on as a employee. I believe that they dont care much about keeping client's personal information private. Isn't there a breech of privacy law? I have voice notes with this worker threatening me and my family and calling us nasty names and telling us how much cars we have and what we are paying for and they hire such a low live makes me wonder about the credibility of the company or the location (let me clarify). I was emotionally scarred during this personal breech of information and I still feel threatened with my information still being exposed to this employee. I would love for Kooman Agencies to take a listen to the voice notes threats that I have from this despicable employee and tell me if I should not feel threatened with my information exposed to the likes of this person.

Kooman Agencies is amazing! They are incredibly professional, honest and easy to deal with! The good people over there are respectful, easy to communicate with and will sit down with you and take the time to answer any questions you may have. I would recommend them to anyone!

I once had great group rates home/auto and still cheaper then many but since the 15% premium hike may switch providers to ING and save $4000/yr.

Good customer service

They told me all insurance policies are going up 10%. So I called Ing and McGee and we saved close to 4K. Seriously look around.

Kooman Agencies has my business for life! The staff are a Joy to deal and communicate with. Response time on any questions is always instant. Rates are incredibly competitive. If you're looking for an insurance company thats friendly, competitive and transparent, then Kooman Agencies is for you.

Apprently you must deal with the original branch to make any changes to your policy. Also, made short staffing an excuse for not being able to do service. Do not deal with them.
