Usually bring my Mustang in for service but stopped by the sales department to look at a few new vehicles. Not quite ready to pull the trigger on anything but they were helpful, understanding of my situation and not pushy at all. The Mach-E is fun!

We recently got an F150 delivered from Strathmore to Kelowna BC. Super easy experience. Great price and service from Cody and the team. Delivery - including trade in - was fast and completely hassle free. Would not hesitate to deal with them again.

We recently purchased a used Fiesta at Strathmore Ford. We were shopping on line for a small, affordable car to fit the needs of our new drivers and located one that checked the boxes. Paul Van Der Voort greeted us and showed us the car and arranged a test drive. The car was as advertised, and we were able to quickly agree on a price and purchase the car. Just bought a brand new Platinum F-150 from Strathmore Ford. Kyle Holowaychuk provided great service. We had the best buying experience from this dealership. I highly recommend Kyle as he is polite, friendly, and professional.

Recently purchased a 2012 Ford focus with my nephew from my inlaws. My inlaws had $1800 of work done to get the car ready for sale at Strathmore Ford, including pre sale inspection. 500km after purchase car stated acting wierd. Took it in to Strathmore Ford as they had just done all the work. Paid for a service inspection($130) and between my inlaws and my nephew, an after-market tcm unit ($800) was installed. Less than a 1000km later oil leak on the car. My nephew took the car back to Strathmore Ford and was told it would be $175 to inspect where the leak coming from, if it was their fault they would reimburse the costs. My nephew who isn't flush with cash told me what they wanted. So after 5min of my own work I found the leak coming from behind the TCM unit. I ordered up new oil seals and did a complete transmission oil change seems it had lost some oil. Poor service and loss of trust with this company. I will not shop at Strathmore Ford again, and my nephew has vowed not to own another Ford. Poor impression for a first time car buyer. I will say Sarah (the service manager) was very courteous and listened to what i had to say. Attached are pictures of the poor installation, it appears seals were not oiled on installation and got pinched.

I had the absolute best service at Strathmore Ford. Kyle got me out of my SUV and into a truck. He took the time to find the right vehicle for me. He took my concerns and assured me that they would do everything to make sure I felt like a valued customer!

Amazing experience!Bought a 2022 Ford Explorer from Cody and Adam. Was the best experience I've ever had buying a vehicle! I will definitely be back and highly recommend!

Very, very poor experience from start to finish. Bought a 2013 Explorer 3 days prior to the end of May, we were informed by Cody Miller the windshield and tires would all be replaced prior to possession. On collecting the car, only the tires had been replaced and we were told that they would pick up the car to replace the windshield in a few days time. It then took 14 days to be collected for the replacement, meanwhile we were having to chase every/any update. We were told the car would be returned to us same day as pickup, 3 days after they picked up the car from us, it was returned to us by Cody, with an improperly installed windshield, with gaps, old sealant coming out, and the trim not fitted correctly. We contacted Cody who had just left and were told to send him photos of the car, rather than him turn around. We were then directed to take the car ourselves to get the windshield repairs fixed. 2 days after that we had a period of rain, we went to get into the car and discovered 2inches of rain in the passenger footwell. We were able to determine ourselves that the leak was through the sunroof, contacted them and the car was picked up the next day. This then took over a week to resolve. At this point we began to deal with Adam O’Farrell, Sales Manager. Along with a very unprofessional attitude when we asked for updates, again that we were having to chase, at times he couldn’t tell us where the car was physically located.I would not recommend buying a vehicle, particularly a used one from Strathmore. The car clearly wasn’t ‘thoroughly checked by mechanics’ before purchase. I also feel that we were taken advantage of due to our age.The only positive from the whole experience was Vince who delivered and returned the car throughout.
