Jeff from customer service definitely has some anger built up. Not everyday you see an employee yelling at a customer. People at the other side of the store had to peek around the isles to see what the commotion was

I shopped at home hardware on Sunday and the staff were amazing. They were quite busy and did a great job of looking after eveyone as quickly and efficiently as possible. I also spoke with Stephen today and he has gone above and beyond to make my shopping experience awesome. Stephen and his team are the exact reason why i shop local and at his store.

Cashier said because I spent more than $60 I got a free maple syrup. Sounds great right? Discovered later she added $20 to my bill for the maple syrup! What kind of scam is this?

Nice store and the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If they don't carry what you need they can generally point you in the right direction. I often prefer this store over big box options when available.

These guys are always happy and cheerful. They greet you and meet your needs. They always have the items you want, and if you have something you need, but they don't have, they will order it in for you. The guys in the yard / stock building are great, always have a good chat and load you up quickly. I recommend this place. The only thing I wish is that the webpage displayed current lumber etc pricing. Come see them , they will make your day.

Honestly, Home Hardware definitely has a thing going for awesome service, with knowledgeable staff. Here in Hanover and also in Barrie. I had to write about my experience this week. I went in to get some screws to fix a boat trailer. The staff member helped me find what I was looking for. I was just getting to the cash register and he ran over to me, a bit out of breath and said, I was thinking after you left
