Rhino Coffee House

Had a great coffee at the cafe. We were out for a cruise on our bikes and stopped for a coffee and treat. The staff were very friendly and the food was tasty. Teh breakfast bagel was yummy (prefer poached not fried eggs but it was still good). The carrot cake was very moist and the coffee yummy and hot!

Great coffee & donuts. Had the sour cream donut which was delicious with just the right amount of sweetness. Also had a grilled cheese and I asked them to add avocado and tomato; turned out great. Thanks for the accommodation.

Very busy location; it seems like it is a local hot spot. For how busy the location was, staff were efficient and pretty friendly. Everything we ordered was good. It is worth a visit if you're in the area. They have limited seating (b/c it's packed), but you can grab your food and go.

Really cute cafe with great breakfast/ lunch food and donuts. Coffee is incredible. Usually pretty busy but has loads of seats and outdoor area to sit as well. Highly recommend for a morning coffee and food when in Tofino

Popular and busy place serving all-day breakfast (assorted breakfast wraps & bagels) and lunch (veggie wraps, burritos, assorted sandwiches & bowls such as spicy tuna & smoked salmon) plus coffees & iced drinks. The place is bright & airy facing the main street and has a hip vibe. There's seating both inside & outside.

for those looking for a wide variety of food options and for dietary restrictions this coffee shop is lovely! i got a burrito bowl at request and it was so tasty and fast! also recommend the ultimate breakfast burrito!

Stopped here for breakfast and knew ahead of time doughnuts was a must-have after hearing recommendations, no wonder! We had a matcha-white-chocolate doughnut that tasted great, and the same for the “Bronut” sandwich! We didn’t get any coffee but judging by all the other guests’ reaction it must be as good as the food!

we came here twice while in tofino because this place was just that good. the first time, we ordered three bronuts: two bacon and one sausage. the toppings were generous and delicious, the bacon was crispy, and the sausage wasn't a patty which was a really nice surprise. the donut was a little bit sweet and balanced out the savoury flavors in the rest of the sandwich really nicely. the coffee was pretty good, i don't have too much to say about that. the second time, we got a bronut, the breakfast wrap and the roast turkey bacon wrap. the breakfast wrap was generous, tasty and very filling; the turkey bacon wrap was savoury and had excellent sauce. we also got donuts to take back home. i'm pretty picky when it comes to donuts, and i've had some gourmet donuts that were just average, so i was pretty skeptical when it came to these ones. after tasting them, i have to say that THE HYPE IS REAL. we got the triple chocolate, boston cream, sour cream, cinnamon sugar, plain, and maple bacon donuts. the triple chocolate one was practically cake in terms of texture. what really stood out to me is that it wasn't too sweet; in fact, none of them were, which made my opinion of them go way up. the chocolate topping was really decadent, ganache-y and delicious. the boston cream also tasted good. again, the cream inside wasn't too sweet and had a particular taste that i loved. the sour cream had a nice texture. with the cinnamon sugar, i didn't really get the cinnamon, but it was tasty and wasn't a sugar overload. the plain donut really was plain, but in the best way possible. it wasn't overly greasy or sweet; it had just a hint of sweetness and the dough was spot-on. the maple bacon had a more fried texture: crispy on the outside and airy on the inside. i'm a big fan of this sort of texture, and of course they pulled it off without the donut being super greasy. the bacon was deliciously crispy, and the maple topping was very sweet but combined with the bacon and dough made for a pretty balanced flavor. i have to give a shout-out to the atmosphere of the place: the tables had a sort of map pattern on them and there was some great art on the walls. you have to go here if you're ever in tofino!

Yummy foods for breakfast and lunch. It seems like everyone knows each other here - so it’s a local spot.The donuts here were good too so we went back several times during the trip.
