Computer EMS

I highly recommend Computer EMS. They are always on time and VERY knowledgeable. They fix the problem and also check for others that may be affecting the performance of my computer. They also know and install the best programs for security, storage, back ups etc. Their fee is very reasonable and your computer is fixed at home!

Mike came to my home to fix some issues I created when setting up a new laptop. He was very courteous, friendly and patient. It took some time for him to figure out what was wrong and how to fix it, but he was not defeated. He gave me a lot of good information and advice apart from resolving the issues and he answered all my questions. Just before he left, he set up a few programs for me to run and, when one of them failed with an error just after he went out the door, he came back in to fix it before leaving.I consider that Mike went above and beyond in dealing with these issues and will not hesitate to contact him again with questions and should I ever have any other computer problems.
