Thanks to Paro, we always have somebody to ask for help when moving in or any other inquiries about Charlie West. From time to time Paro organizes local events for residents of the condo - se we can get acquainted with our neghbours and have some fun.

I’m a resident at Charlie West. My experience with Paro has been amazing. Ana makes my day, everytime I see her she is very welcoming!!! Paro is always sending us emails checking in on us and our needs. I’ve really enjoyed the get together that take place on the 7th floor. 5star living!!

Our concierge, Anna is very receptive to our needs and wants. She always greets us with a smile on her face!She is constantly working on improving the condo enviroment. We believe that she is a asset to Paro and Charlie West.

We are located at Charlie West and Anna our main concierge. Since we met her, she has been so welcoming and kind to us as well as our dog Kilo. In fact, when we say “where’s Anna?” our dog gets so excited and runs to go and look for her! Anna always has a big smile on her face and is willing to help with anyone with anything. It’s great to be able to walk into the building and have someone so great greet us all the time! P.s kilo says thank you for all the treats!

Our experience with Paro has been excellent. Anna from the front desk is the best! She always has a smile and organizes so many fun activities for the building. Our dog always looks forward to her warm welcome and treats.

Our experience with Paro Concierge in our building has been nothing but positive. The staff are helpful, welcoming, and super friendly. Our dog is always thrilled when Anna is at the concierge desk, as he knows he will get some pets and a treat. We appreciate the events they plan, and their contribution to a positive atmosphere in the building. It feels more like a community here than a building of strangers. Shout out to Anna for being absolutely amazing!

I'm very happy with our concierge Anna, who's always helpful and ready to do all for our comfort. She's a spirit of our building.On the other side it would be nice to have concierge at the building 7 day's a week.As working person I also would appreciate opportunity to have help with deliveries.Overall I really enjoy events Paro is helding in our building. It helps to meet neighbors and get to know each other.

My concierge, Anna, it’s absolutely phenomenal. She is always making sure residents are taken care of, and the lobby is clean and smells great. She does everything she can to make your experience a good one. And the woman has the patience of a saint. I am not new to Kitchener, but for the residents that are - she provides recommendations of amenities in the area, and is patient with language barriers. I hope she is the concierge here for the indefinite future, as the building wouldn’t be the same without her. Thank you, Anna!
