Very attentive, great prices. Accommodated me last minute and were very flexible. Dr Monneret was very kind and patient, answered all of my questions well. My experience was with the eye exam and ordering contacts. Overall took 2.5 hours so be sure to set aside enough time, but in my opinion worth it for the quality of care, and I will be coming back.

Excellent service as usual! The silicon on for my glasses was replaced free of charge and the adjustments were also free! Taking an appointment to see the doctor is incredibly easy, lots of free slots and flexibility!

We came for Formula 1 weekend and my wife forgot her contacts at home. We called this place and they immediately said they could help us out. Very friendly and courteous. Couldn't recommend more!

Very attentive and eager staff. They are honest about whether or not a frame looks good on you. Wide selection of luxury frames but mostly in the current fashion so not a great place if you are looking for something older in style. Did a great job rushing my lenses to meet a special event.

I can say with all certainty that this place has the worst client service I’ve ever experienced.Laughing to my face, sent me on a useless expedition during the pandemic and telling me clearly that my business isn’t a priority.Don’t waste your time and money in this establishment that has no respect, nor ethics.

Disappointing experience overall.This place was recommended to me by a friend, and in the beginning I was thrilled because the optometrist's examination was very good and thorough.When it came to purchasing the lenses, I was not impressed. I received little information on the lenses themselves (they weren't even able to tell me what material they were made of). After I selected what seemed to be the best option for me, I realized that they added a protection plan" for $40 on the bill. I was not interested in this so I asked them to remove it. Once I got home and looked at my receipt

I when in to browse in my research of a new paire glasses. Georges was extremely helpful about my difficult choice very patient. Really enjoyed even if i didn't buy anything at that specific time. I didn't felt push t buy and that is a good quality in a shopping experience.

I came here for a glasses adjustment and exceptional customer service I must say. Everyone wears a smile on their face when you walk in and was very attentive. They didn’t even charge me for my repair. I highly recommend this place.
