Customer service is spotty but that doesn’t bother me nearly as much as the fact that they don’t have mirrors in their dressing rooms. Not all of us are comfortable coming out of the change room just so we can look in the mirror.

Firstly theres no mirror inside the rooms which is as annoying already. The cashiers dont care even with the line up. I bought a dress for my daughter which was $119. I was told 30% off with sign up and an additional 10% off with the nbr you text that is displayed in front by the registrars. My bill still came to $102. Now that is not 40% off even including taxes. When we were leaving the cashier told us dont worry about the $25 prestige card you didnt get charged for it

We were third in line. We waited more than 20+ minutes. The cashier is taking her entire time. She doesn't care, even though the line is very long.

I went Suzy last week after a year, it was so organized than the last time that I came, Congrats to your new management, I was looking for some stuff for my friend, store manager was really helpful Such a friendly and enthusiastic person. She helped me find the right stuff . 5 STARS to her. Great customer service and collection of Clothes, I highly recommend this store to my friends. It's very evident that she cares and values their business.

I went into suzy a few days ago for an exchange and the customer service was honestly horrible. The manager i believe her name was Bahar, she was being very disrespectful. I wouldn’t have expected suzy staff to be this harsh. I am a regular customer and I will continue to order online, but I will not be able to tolerate this manager. I was always at suzy and the other girls have been so kind, but this time it ruined my day.

Came here to return an online purchase today and despite them being very busy on a Sunday evening, first weekend in December, at 6:15pm, Manjeer (hopefully my phone didn’t auto correct) was so helpful and I’m so thankful for her! She took the time to assist me eventhough I was missing my packing slip that I must have thrown out. She made sure my concern was heard and basically did everything she could to help me and for that, I will for sure return to this location for future purchases.Thank you so much again Manjeer for all your help today and I hope the company recognizes how valuable you are to them and your customers!

Manager at this location is racist towards darker skin people. She accused a little boy of stealing and scolded the mother that she was unfit. When customers sre complaining about customer service and manager, shouldn't the owner be taking disciplinary action?
