I literally ended up with a Pinterest door! I couldn't be happier with my door, both esthetically and function wise. Keith let me know in advance that he was very busy and that there would be a delay in manufacture and delivery but it was worth the wait. Once a delivery date was established, his team was there on time, and worked efficiently.There was a discrepancy with installation price, and was confusion on both parts, but Keith worked with me, and I was happy to pay the amount we agreed on.I will be ordering our windows through him in the future.Thanks Keith!!

Keith, Pam, Jesse and the other guy are great!At first I only gave Coby 4 stars because of a delay in getting our new front door installed, but I changed it to 5 stars after Keith explained the reasons for the delay and made every effort to make things right.Now we have a perfect back sliding patio door and an awesome front door. Well I walked into the establishment and within 5 minutes I was having a great conversation with Keith, he explained how they worked and I was completely impressed. I then went to put a deposit down and met Pam, another pleasant experience, within a week a young man Jessie came out to measure my cottage window, and a week after Jessie was back installing the window with another young man Tyler. The sense I got from dealing with all these pros, was they really know their stuff. I wish I could give more than a 5 star rating.
