Sonia and Ashley were fantastic. They were kind and extremely helpful during a trying time after our mother passed unexpectedly. They provided a great deal of information and we're invaluable. Alterna offers more expensive packages at options for all types of urns and keepsakes but there was no sales aspect of the process which would have felt in bad taste. I highly recommend this company should you or a loved one find yourself in need.

Going to grief and trying to figure out how to deal with the lost of a love one. They were very comforting and took their time explaining things to me even when my head still clouded with grief. Very companionable and professional staff. Never felt pressure into doing things that wasn't necessary like making sure that I dont ruined the last time I seened my wife. From the initial phone call, I knew everything would be alright. She was in end-stage Alzheimer’s. I had no clue what to ask or even what to do to start. The care, professionalism and personable job Ashley did was amazing. I will never be able to thank Alterna enough for taking me from a total bewildered state to one of peace and comfort. During a time you never thought that you would be, the staff at Alterna were amazing!!Ashley was extremely helpful, kind and friendly, and I really needed that at that moment. She was very knowledgeable and helped us to navigate our next steps and what we needed to do. Alterna took excellent care of our loved one and everything was done very quickly and with the utmost care and respect.

Lack of professionalism.After seeing your reply, I now realize your complete liars also!!You should rewind your cameras and watch the interactions before making accusations. Dropping into a crematory, who would think you need an appointment ahead of time ?2nd the person there was a man and girl, Aggressive? demanding ? more in awww for lack of professionalism , and now liars!! Buyer beware Many great places to give your money to !! Judging by your response from my review it clearly demonstrates your complete lack of professionalism. This review should’ve been an opportunity for you to look for ways to help improve your customer experience instead of criticizing your customers.

Ashley and Sonia were great to deal with. Ashley is very knowledgeable and does not use any pressure tactics to upsell. The process was easy during a particularly emotional time.
