I had a great experience here after a struggle with another pool company. I'm glad I went in and traded companies because these guys rock! I'm a new pool owner and everything was explained so clearly after they tested the water. I received specific and clear instructions and the products I needed. Staff is lovely. Store is big, loaded with products, and clean. I would highly recommend these guys!!!!

Couldn’t be happier with Paradise Pools. We purchased our house (with a pool) 4yrs ago. Since owning the house we’ve purchased a new pump, safety cover, filter and updated the plumbing. All of which was done by the pros at Paradise. We are currently booked for a new liner next year and are excited to see how it will update the look of the pool. Jenn, Dolores and other employees have always been extremely helpful when we’ve had questions regarding our pool maintenance etc. We highly recommend Paradise Pools!

We just had a new inground pool installed by MP Paradise Pools and couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, everything was handled expertly. The entire team was great to deal with, and the family run business shows in the service they provide. Special shout outs go to Amy and Steve for their input on the best way to lay out our pool. We highly recommend MP Paradise for your pool needs. Another shout out also goes to Nicole at the Fort Erie store - she was very helpful and pleasant to deal with for our water testing and chemical needs. Thank you MP Paradise Pools!

Paradise Pools hands down has the best customer service in the area for your pools needs. Dolores and her team provide timely responses and return your calls as promised! We are so happy we went with Paradise Pools for out pool heater install and opening. They weren't the lowest priced quote we received but their service made it 100% worth it.
