The BEST experience with medical professionals and staff ever. The receptionist is warm and welcoming. Dr. Milrod is extremely knowledgeable, kind and patient. I LOVE that they accept self-referrals and I'm so happy I made an appointment.

It is very frustrating trying to communicate with this place, the receptionists never answer, I had to leave my message in the cancellation mailbox but that was not what I wanted and when I told the receptionist she said she was eating so she did not answer but this always happens at any time

I have seen Dr Chan, Dr Brkovich, and Dr Milrod over the years and have had nothing but great experiences with them and all of their staff, receptionists included! I have only good things to say about everyone in the office!

Dr. Chan is a fantastic physician (and former colleague) but the receptionist who is representing her is rude, argumentative and condensending. When a patient is seeking assistance for whichever ailment they are seeking treatment for it would be wise to treat them with respect and dignity and not an inconvenience. This issue was not in regards to medical info being sought, but instead a clerical issue within this establishment.Due to this, I will be asking for a referral to an ob/gyn office with more compassion and understanding.

If I could give negative stars I would. Dr. Chan was completely negligent on my sisters medical issues during her pregnancy that my sister and her baby were at extreme risk of dying. If it wasn’t for the nurses at the hospital and a doctor who isn’t even an ob they would not have made it. Now after having to deliver early my sister is still not out of the woods and is supposed to be getting monitored and dr chan didn’t even have the decency to show up to speak to her when dr chan is the one who asked specifically to speak to my sister. Also the receptionist was completely unprofessional and rude. If you need an obgyn I advise to go anywhere but here.

I had a great experience here! I found reception to be kind and friendly. Sure, my appointment was rarely on time, but you know why? Because Dr spends time with his patients answering their questions. You’ll appreciate him taking time with you, even if it means you have to wait a bit. As a first-time mom, I had lots of questions each visit. Dr Polsky listened and answered all of them. Highly recommended.

I am chronically ill on disability and couldn't make it to my appointment. They told me I had to come in and pay 60 dollars cash in order for them to rebook me. Safe to say that won't be happening. I'm going to go somewhere else and they will never be seeing me again. Receptionist was very rude and condescending. The way they book is through a really creepy automated voice. I had to listen to the whole message 5 times to get my appointment written down. Nobody ever spoke to me before today or told me it's 60 dollars to cancel an appointment. Ridiculous! Go somewhere else

Dr Chan is amazing.But there is someone sitting at that reception who takes the calls who is absolutely horrendous. HORRENDOUS. She talks down to people. Doesn’t want to help. Keeps sighing Cz she seems frustrated by the call. She asked me for my last name and when I told her she actually said oh wow. They aren’t “allowed” to give out names(for obvious reasons, so I don’t know who it was)They seem very racist . And she said I can’t help you if u don’t have a voice msg . And it was an important call that I missed and called back within 4 mins. She obv could check my file but she didn’t care. I wonder why no one is doing anything because I read the number of reviews about ppl upset with the reception. No one seems to be taking any action!I called back to check who it was but they said they can’t tell me who it was but there was no remorse no apology for their behaviour.

I've been here a handful of times so far for multiple issues and have always been greeted with a smile. The reception was very courteous answering all my questions and Dr Polsky is very personable making you feel at ease about any issues you may be dealing with.I don't get the other bad reviews on here unless you just caught staff in a off" day or maybe it's how the reviewer was coming across to the staff at the clinic.But I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family."

I don't know why the reviews are so bad, but the receptionist was nice as well as Dr Brkovich. She was super helpful and I didn't feel rushed out of there like I do with most doctors.I spoke to the receptionist over the phone at least twice within the last month and she was nice.Maybe they changed the employees?I think patients that have bad experiences are more inclined to write them on here over patients with good experiences.I was almost going to cancel my appointment based off of these reviews but I usually give people a chance so I can make my own judgement.So glad I didn't listen to them.
