TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Terrible Service , poor customer service , lack of knowledge and very unprofessional staff, we booked an appointment previous days and they gave us the appointment on Saturday to open a Crossing Border account , we understand that it will take extra time opening this type of account , however that doesn't justify the lack of customer service and knowledge from the financial advisor, he was reading from the papers he was handing to us, we had to corrected him several times about our information that was being put when opening the account, first missing letters, then he went and printed another bunch of papers, then missing my last name, then he went back to print out another bunch of papers, then my wife's birthday was wrong, then went back again, and then my name was again wrong, seriously ?? the advisor Ian explained to us the options that we had, so we made de best decision for us, after spending 2 hours on the phone with a US advisor turned out the information Ian was giving to us was wrong , we had to choose another plan ... the store was closed already and we were still inside with our 6 months old baby , after 3 long hours he gave us a card and a 'password' to have access online, the password he provided to us didn't worked... we cannot access to online banking, we don't have any papers nor information about the accounts that we opened, what kind of service is this? we have to go back again to pick up the accounts information , and the cherry on the pie : the advisor says well I hope the baby its not crying next time you come ... what?? if the advisor had the proper knowledge for this type of account we are pretty sure we would've spend half the time. 2 we had to deal with the poor service and all the long hours because we needed the account, not because we like being on a bank for long hours with our baby, unfortunately we have to back to pick up our papers, after that we will never going back , we will change our branch .

Horrible service at this branch.If you have a mortgage coming up for renewal, get a broker!When I complained, the manager said the agent was one of her best"... I'm blown away that she has worse. What a waste of time!"

called to make apt about mortgage loan and asking about trigger rate and all that jazz, not very friendly customer service skill, received the agent displeasing tone, like how i was brothering him to make an appointment to talk about my mortgage. super unprofessional and slightly offensive,, cause he proceeded by telling me to call 1800--- number .. because they work long hours.. I got confused as to why the branch location can't help me? I managed to get the agent's name: IAN.. so TD, u can do better! call me if u want detail convo lol

This is my first time coming to this location and to say that I’m disappointed would be a colossal understatement.My issue is with the employees and the lack of knowledge about basic bank practises and best advice for customers.When I arrived I first spoke with a gentleman named Ian Nhata and he wasn’t able to answer a single question confidently or accurately. After 10 minutes of vagueness and no actual i formation, I eventually asked to speak with the branch manager.The branch manager named Karina Vuk arrived and continued the embarrassing string of in-educated employees. I was shocked that her knowledge was so poor, and her customer service skills also left much to be desired.I wish I could give zero stars.

Laura was great to work with. However, during our search for a house, she went on vacation. Jesse replaced her and he was awful to work with.He was incredibly inexperienced and we ended up telling him things that needed to be done because he didn't know what he was doing. We told him repeatedly (in person, email, and over the phone,) that we were purchasing a new build. He did not listen. He ended up submitting the wrong paperwork, which caused a delay in approval. He then told us that we needed an appraisal (which we later found out was not required). We had told him we were upgrading our appliances still, but he had the appraiser come before the appliances were finalized. This resulted in an appraisal of the original purchase price, not one with the upgrades. We had to pay for the appliances up-front because of Jesse's inability to understand basic concepts.The bank did offer us a $50 gift card for their mistake. $50 compared to the $3000 we had to pay. I do not understand why a multi-billion dollar bank would not reimburse our for their mistake.I have been with TD Bank for three mortgages, but come renewal time I will not be back. I will go to literally any other lender.

I wish I could give this branch ZERO stars. Im local to Mahogany and went in to open a US Bank account on a Friday an hour before close. I was told to call TD Bank N.A it was easier than in person, I called TD Bank N.A and the person explained to me why it should be done at my local Canadian branch and the policy has changed (staff should be updated and up to speed with their products). I returned to this branch and explained what I wanted to do and what I needed, and booked the next available appointment 30 minutes later. I waited and returned to the appointment and was then told I needed my passport. When I walked out on the appointment and thanked her for telling me I needed my passport she says Oh I forgot". Now that Ive wasted hours walking in and out of this TD Branch and being on hold over the phone

I appreciate this branch in Mahogany. The staff here are excellent in every way of making me feel welcome. Their excellent customer service skills is world class. Thank you for all you do.

I happened to be in Mahogany for a business meeting and needed some urgent banking services. Since I have an account with TD I used their local office. Inside I was greeted by the young and adorable lady who turned out to be a branch manager. The office itself looked neat and clean. Karina answered my questions and suggested a few actions to benefit our company in the long term. I'm writing this review which is not what I typically do just to give a branch five stars for the amazing service and a warm greeting.

While I don't normally bank at this TD Canada Trust branch, I have visisted this branch several time over the last couple of years for personal and other banking matters and I have always found the staff very friendly and very heldful....and as a bonus, they were very efficient!! I would bank at this bank and branch if I lived in the area. Recommended for sure!
