Rim replacement was quick and efficient but ended up being higher than discussed. Was supposed to be informed of it if it was going to be higher but was not until I had to pay. Nonetheless the service was quick and my tire is fixed and back on the road.

Great people and service!I helped my elderly father buyout the lease of his Hyundai Elantra.The paperwork is not as simple as you would think between the Hyundai Finance, the Dealership, insurance and the government licensing...Anyway, the business manager (Mark) made it easy for us!He was super nice, got everything done for us in a few days and the best thing was he took the time to update us how things were going.Very nice to see great professional service. We purchased our 2021 Hyundai Palisade in June 2021 from Allan Valente. Allan was great to deal with Allan listened to our questions and answered them with ease. Allan made us feel relaxed and was not pushy. We then met with Mark Chicarelli, who also treated us very well and explained everything to us. We met with Gerry Nelli about winter tires and he could not do enough to assist us with the tires and rims that we wanted. The customer service at World Cars Hyundai has been absolutely outstanding. When you walk in the show room you are welcomed by all the staff as you walk to what area you need to go. The Staff at World Cars Hyundai should hold seminar to teach other dealers how to treat their customers. This is the first Hyundai we have owned and we really like the Palisade. It is a great vehicle. We will continue to purchase from World Cars Hyundi, as the product and service is outstanding. Thank you everyone at World Cars Hyundai keep up the awesome service. My husband and I went to test drive a few vehicles, and casually mentioned to Dan that we would love another Santa Fe if it was bigger..while test driving Dan found us a Santa Fe XL, which is exactly what we needed!!
