We needed storage for our belongings until we moved. The service was excellent, the storage secure and our belongings were safe. When we needed one more unit, they had one for us right away. When we no longer needed storage, we got our refund quickly after we dropped off the key. We highly recommend this place.

Our experience over the past 7 years has been great. The staff are always helpful when I forget the code to get in or lose my lock! The only reason we left is because the storage was no longer needed. Keep up the great work :)

Packing House Self Storage
We have never used a storage facility before. Packing house was absolutely awesome. Easy to set up and get the storage locker we needed. Super easy instructions on entering gate, getting into our locker and leaving the facility. It was safe and I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for large or small storage in Kelowna. Thanks so much for the service!

We needed a storage unit with short notice. Joyce from Packing House came through with a 10' x 10' that was perfect. The location was convenient and Joyce provided exceptional customer service.It turned out we didn't even use the unit but will certainly recommend Packing House to anyone who needs storage in Kelowna.

I have used a number of storage facilities before, but never have I appreciated a storage facility more than Packing House Self Storage. Joyce, on-staff there was so helpful and informative, friendly and cheerful, an absolute pleasure using their services. Access times are some of the best you will find in the industry and the facilities, property, security and storage are all top notch. Would definitely use again, it would be my first choice.
