My friends and I arrived early so there wasnt much of a wait. Our server was very friendly. We all ordered different meals so we could try everything. I ordered chicken and waffles and they were okay. Nothing special. It was a nice cute place for breakfast. The servings are pretty generous. We were pretty full after and we had to take out some of it.

I had the chicken and waffles which was okay. Generous portion of chicken. The waffles were very sweet and crumbly. There was little watermelon salsa on top which was a bit disappointing. Also, the topping was not true ‘maple butter’ which was confusing. The cinnamon buns were very tasty!

We had Chicken and Waffles, Belgian Waffles, and a London fog.Chicken and Waffles: Needed a hot sauce. Watermelon salsa didn’t pair well. The salsa needed some mint and lime. 3/5Belgian Waffles: Good portion size. Fruit was fresh. Whipped cream was good. Waffle was dry. 4/5London fog: Perfect. 5/5Service was great. Decor and atmosphere was perfect for a cafe. Small vase of fresh flowers on each table.

Great brunch fare but lacking a tad in variety especially in healthier options. A local favourite that often requires a lengthy wait before being seated (does not take reservations). The breakfast sandwich is excellent and the pulled pork with hash and poached eggs receives great reviews whenever we stop by with friends.

Flies everywhere disrupting my meal. The eggs are so runny. Racheros is not refried beans. It's chili flavoured kidney beans on a taco shell. Meh. The flies need to be stopped. Got scolded out by the oriental waitress for not ordering my eggs a certain way. Hah. Like I know they automatically serve this parboiled. I retried next day and ordered a traditional breakfast with bacon. Eggs were over medium but runny and potatoes are soft and boiled. The service was better. Anyways. All I can recommend here is the cinnamon buns.

Very cute little place.Came with my boyfriend and oldest daughter to celebrate me still being in remission with breast cancer.Food was good and the service was great and the guy was very friendly.I definitely recommend this place.

Fun to come this cafe:) we came for having breakfast, first time. Many people packed! Fancy atmosphere, remind me Montreal cafes. Benny’s corn bread was amazing!

The food at Sugarbowl is exceptional. I like to sample different restaurants in town. I am fond of their Chili and corn bread.Service is great and food quality is top notch.
