A few weeks ago, my Mac Book stopped working. I would turn it on and log in, but it would remain on the loading screen.When I took it to Apple, I was told that the hardware was malfunctioning, and this would require expensive repairs. Even a secondary repair tech thought so as well. But, Zeev was the only one to physically open my laptop, and look at the motherboard. Within a few seconds, he was able to tell that the computer was fine, and that the disk was simply full.He purchased a 1 Terabyte Disk, and even transferred an old back up for me. Zeev saved my laptop, and my wallet. He has reasonable prices, and works quickly. 10/10.

This is the absolute best customer service I have ever received! I had a printer problem (which is critical to my business) and I call and the owner was with a customer, very politely explained and asked if he could call me right back when finished. About 4 minutes later he called me back, I explained my problem thinking I would need to unplug, take the very heavy printer to the shop and wait several days for parts, etc.Instead he said he would be RIGHT OUT! this was at 5:30 PM. He arrived in 20 minutes and was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and went right to work. He very quickly diagnosed my problem(s), spent about 10-15 minutes re-configuring my printer through the touch pad, explained what he was doing and why. He could have just left but he realized that I had a new computer and said that I also needed to update some firm ware - bottom line, all is fixed like new! His cost including travel and after hours was EXTREMELY reasonable! And most of all he was simply the kind of person you want to do business with. I do not usually do reviews and by the number of positive reviews (there are always a few you can never satisfy...) he does not need mine, but he earned it abnd then some. Thank you very much for your assistance last evening.

Dropped my laptop and the hard drive stopped working, so I brought it in. The service was amazing and way quicker than I was expecting - he knew there was a snow storm incoming and wanted to make sure I was able to make it home before it hit, the kind of customer service you don’t come across often. New SSD and he even transferred all the files over for me and everything. The guy is very kind, plus I got to see his adorable cat.

I was convinced I messed up my PC to the point of no return but Zeev got running great. He made a recommendation for an improved driver and installed it and I've definitely noticed a huge improvement in performance! Great communication from Zeev with phone calls, texts, and photos of my PC during the repair process.

Very professional. Fixed up my pc really quick and it’s been running great. Even helped clean it out and adjust things to fit better.Going to be visiting next time I have issues for sure.

Had an issue at about 3 am with my computer I wrote a quote asking how much it would be, he got back to me almost immedialty to setup a time I can come to his shop and get everything fixed. Got there around 3 PM got out of there with a fixed computer at 4. His home was beautiful and he was super nice about everything. I could not recommend this business enough. IF you have computer problems this man will fix it in an efficient time and for a reasonable price

Fantastic service and attention to the client, with perhaps the best customer service I have ever received. Zeev truly cares and puts pride and passion into his work. I was in a precarious situation with water damage to a legacy MacBook (2015) and a tight deadline approaching for work. They had me up and running within a few hours and back to work as if nothing had even happened. I cannot recommend him highly enough!

The owner fixed my daughter's laptop. He came to the house and picked it up and the next day he fixed it. Brought back to me. The service and fast response was fantastic. I highly recommend them.

I called and asked if they could help me with a problem I was having with my laptop and even though I figured it out and it was not a problem at all, they were very courteous and eager to address my concerns and alleviate any stress I was having. Very calm, cool, collected and courteous people. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very nice. Keep up the good work guys.
