Took the day off so I could be there to receive my ikea order, and when I called customer service the lady was so rude, she was like gas lighting me, telling me that the delivery drivers tried to call me and there was no answer. I confirmed that they had the right number and that I did not receive a call/text/email. The only thing nice I have to say is that the guy at the shop went above and beyond by helping me load everything in my little car. Literally don't even think they tried to deliver my stuff.

My store in Fort McMurray receives deliveries from Manitoulin weekly, sometimes more frequently. The delivery staff is always nice and friendly. But today, our delivery person went above and beyond. Our order was very large due to our store being a 90% loss as a result of the flood. Our temporary location does not have a door large enough for palet deliveries. We had 6 palets of heavy paint to take apart and haul inside, in the rain. He kindly helped get most of it inside. Truly appreciated by my staff and I. Those little things mean so much, even more so after the last few weeks we have had. Thank you!!

Tried to call about a quote to ship a toolbox. I got transferred to 4 different phone numbers and ended up getting frustrated and hung up. I'll bring my own toolbox in my pickup.

OVERNIGHT SERVICE???So far its been 5 days(with weekend) since we requested a small pallet from Edmonton to Fort McMurray. Took 2 days just to pick it up and now we are told we have to wait another day because the paperwork from the supplier was not as expected, the VERY BEST part of the explanation was when we are told in no way was any of this Manatoulin's fault. Great customer service guys, blame everyone involved but you.

Show up without calling. Sometimes on your days off. A delivery showed up at 2PM one day and i told them i needed them first thing the next morning. They charged me double for delivery and the next day showed up at 130 when i asked for 830. Drivers are usually nice, dispatch seems unorganized. Would not recommend.

Had to hotshot a couple pallets of equipment to them. Chris was an absolute pleasure to deal with. My company was very satisfied!
