Springfree Trampoline Markham

I told the marketing head - VP, Growth Marketing. I know his name as well. If anyone wants I can mention that as well.I told him that marketing tool for his 4 different countries will not be productive as it is a basic tool . I dont know if he had personal inclination to a mediocre tool . He said that interview was over and he will not be going with the candidate.Poor interpersonal skills and lack of marketing knowledge and HR skills. Not recommended.Company wants no innovation and if you have more marketing experience it may backfire.

Excellent workmanship. We have a 10 year trampoline that is still in outstanding condition, but some of the rod clips had come out and the rod mat holes became ripped. The team came out, assessed the problem, ordered the parts, and installed them. It's like we have a new trampoline!! Thanks so much!

Great trampoline. Worst warranty experience in my life!! So yeah, they will replace your mat if it tears like mine did, after 4 1/2 months of use by my 12 and 9 year old kids. They will not cover the shipping cost which was nearly $50. Did I mention it didn’t even survive one season of use. Very disappointed! The other thing that irked me was shortly after purchasing a trampoline, sun shade and a flexrhoop I see promotions for free hoop or free upgrades with purchase of trampoline. Anyway… wait and watch for promos if you intend to purchase.

Installation was fabulous. Customer service like I have never seen before. My grandkids are thrilled. So happy went with them and with the professional installation.

I was looking for parts for my trampoline basketball hoop so I called them up. They were extremely helpful. They went looking for the parts I described and called back within a short time. I was able to pick up the parts and fix the hoop within the same day. Very happy customer!

Fantastic experience!We replaced our old netting and added a basketball net! We were just outside of our warranty. Keep an eye on that.Looks brand new again!Installers were great & customer service excellant!

Bought for our special needs child last fall. Already had to make a warranty claim last month. Apparently they have supply issues so the parts won't be in until mid-summer. Meanwhile, my daughter doesn't get the therapy she needs while SpringFree continues to sell trampolines within 10 days with all the parts our trampoline needs to be fixed.

The trampoline is amazing! We paid to have it set up and it was 100% worth it. It was set up fast, the packaging was taken away and I was given tips and instructions on winterizing and use.

The trampoline itself is great, however, our ladder was not delivered and the wheels were not installed on our trampoline. We contacted Springfree by phone and email, and no one returned our call/email. Two days after install, still no communication, I talked with someone over chat who said that the ladder was in the shipment and they would look into it. Well seeing as that we are not far from Markham, the ladder should have been expedited to my backyard in 35 minutes with a technician to put the wheels on. We paid the astronomical fee for install, and the trampoline with all accessories came to well over 3K.Additionally: Initially we were sent a delivery date, took time off, and waited with no one showing up. We called, they sent us the wrong date. The next day they came.We expected more (and still expect more)…. Still waiting for our complete install and ladder ordered-Springfree, do not send me the same comment to contact your customer service who has not answered our calls in the first place. Please arrange for our items and install to be finished and I will edit this review.
