I’ve been there many times. The place has always been well organized and staff have always been excellent.

Have done a number of bottle drives with this bottle depot over the years. Both on location and at the depot. Have always had great experiences. for on location they come and give everything needed then come back and take away everything! would recommend and will definitely be doing more in the coming years im sure. Paul has always been great to deal with and easy to organize with. thanks again!

Edited::: I saw your response back to me. it is quite obvious you have not looked at these cameras very well. As there is blatant evidence of this in your cameras if you were to look. I was there yesterday in the morning before 12noon. Very centre of the building middle check out. You're quick to respond to look good professionally as a business. But like I said this is not the 1st time with an issue here.. But the fact that I was disabled and have issues walking and would not take my 2.5 flats.. I looked at the young girl and said you have got be kidding.. I dont need one.. She refused..Very unorganized bottle depot.. I usually go to Victoria St one as the few times I have come here the staff have been VERY VERY petty.. I walked in with 2.5 flats of empties and they refused my bottles. Why you ask??? Because I did not have a cart. I did not require a cart for the small amount I had. Plus I am also disabled and they knew I was as one worker came out to check I had valid parking for handicapped.. She was super friendly. There was about 8 to 10 of them just standing there talking to one another. Nobody offered to get me a cart. And she just stood there even after I put cart there.. There has been two other insidenses here as well.. They dont assist disabled and I will spend the extra gas and time from now on going to the complete opposite side of town to return my empties. Terrible.

The attendant questioned our count in the bags and refused some of them then pushed one bag back causing all 288 cans to spill out all over the floor. We were told by another customer she had been warned not to use this outlet by others that had issues as well.

We go to this bottle depo because of its accessibility to the north end. I suggest that you arrange your bottles per 12's or 24's in a cardboard container (they provide) and count them ahead, then tell the staff. That way they will know and there won't be any disappointment that they missed counting or whatnot.

A good place to recycle your recyclables. The parking is spacious makking it easy to park. Very easy to get to as its near Beban. The staf were great and easy to work with. They also have carts to easily sort through your recyclables. Also has a washing station to clean afterwards. All in all great place to recycle.

I appreciate the staff kindly letting people know where to properly park.
