I was here to upgrade my phone and Ibrahim was so helpful with everything. He answered all my questions clearly and was very patient and professional throughout the process. He made sure I get the phone model I want ASAP in the color and storage capacity I wanted with a great deal too!! Ill definitely be coming back in the future :)

My experience here was just amazing. The service was awesome particularly with Ibrahim. I had a plan with Bell where I was being more than overcharged. I spoke to Ibrahim who managed to get me a plan with much more data and managed to also save me 25 bucks a month. Would highly recommend him for anyone who goes there.

Switched to Koodo through this location. Was helped by Manik and another staff member working at the same time. they were both extremely helpful and patient and stayed after close to make sure everything was taken care of. Both of the staff were great, very thankful for them!

Had a great experience here, kind workers, like Ryanjhay who helped me choose the best phone & deal that worked for me. Phone and the service/LTE works perfect + they had a deal on for accessories so I got a Otter box & screen protector as well. Super happy with the switch over from my previous provider. :)
