Loved working with Laleta! She was quick, professional, did a lovely job on all of the clothing for our wedding, including sizing down a dress for my daughter, who was very small at the time. Pricing is extremely reasonable as well.Overall an wonderfully positive experience!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I’ve taken a few things to her. Her work is neatly sewn and I found her prices to be quite reasonable, but my only issue is they way she communicates with her clients, and timelines she gives. Things are always left last minute, and if she is running behind you don’t know unless you call her. I took a few bridesmaids to get their dresses altered on July 2 and she gave a pick up date of July 31. They were only ready for pick up today, nearly a month later, and still not fully completed the way she said they would be. Plus, one of the girls outfit was completely the wrong size. She never called any of them to say she would be late, they always called first. She rushed for a pick up because she’s on vacation, but now she is unavailable to fix her mistakes and the wedding is this weekend. The lack of communication and last minute work is very frustrating to deal with. She shouldn’t give a pick up date that she know she can’t commit to, and she should at least have the curtesy to say she is behind schedule.

Got my suit altered. The service was nice and on time for last minute alteration. Very happy with the fitting of my coat and pants now. Laleta is sweet and has good experience with alterations and sowing

Laleta was absolutely wonderful to work with and I highly recommend her. My “custom“ wedding dress came in from a supposedly reputable company and there were many small flaws and I was so disappointed. Laleta fixed the dress and saved the day! It fits like a glove and she is so sweet I could just talk to her for hours. Her prices are fair for her high quality of work and the timeframe she gave me was very reasonable. Thank you, Laeta! I will be back.

Laleta is so talented and gifted with dresses and alterations! She was able to take in a bridesmaid dress for me that was 4 sizes too big. I had my dress ordered from Ballets Bridal, where my measurements were taken by the associate there, and was absolutely shocked and horrified when I tried it on and it was so big I could fit my entire arm in it!! I was really nervous about getting the dress altered, especially after having such a bad experience with Ballets Bridal, but I didn’t need to be. She did an AMAZING job – you can’t tell where any of the seams are, the ruching looks perfect, and the dress fit so perfectly.I was also really surprised that her prices were really cheap, since I got her card from the expensive bridal store where my dress was purchased. She caps her prices for bridesmaid dresses, and she didn’t try to upsell me. She was honest and told me the hem didn’t need to be done because of the height of my heels. I was afraid it would cost something like $300 to have the dress reconstructed, but she only charged me $50!! I was so surprised.She is extremely talented, as well as thorough and meticulous. As many of my friends are getting engaged and married in the next few years, I will be recommending Laleta to all of them. Thanks again!!
