Just to be clear, those photos aren't all from the same sitting! I tried the pizzas that were for the fall season. They were all lunch specials, and I found them to be equally delicious and just the right size with the salad. It's a little filling with the soup, but if you're on a low GI diet or something, ordering a soup and salad is the way to go. That tomato bisque is really nice. If you don't care about GI, go for their pizza. My favourite will always be the margherita, but it was worth it to be a bit adventurous. So far I have not had room for dessert.

Today tThe service was very slow and there was hardly anyone even in the restaurant so I’m not sure what was going on. Our sweet barbeque chicken Neapolitan pizza was very soggy in the middle and fell apart as soon as you picked it up. The meatball appetizer came out cold and the Napoli solid was very soggy. I’ve been here many times before but it’s been a long time so I don’t know if it’s under new management but I’m very very disappointed in the service and the food quality. Not planning on going back.

Unbelievable! I will make this review short and to the point: FANTASTIC!! Happy hour, three personal sized pizzas for $6 each and wine was on for $4 a glass. Tell me another place you will find something similarly priced!! The pizza was so delicious, so simple but SO good. The waitress was really friendly. She stopped coming to check on us during the end half of our meal and I had to walk to the front to get another glass of wine and return again to ask for the bill and pay… but none the less the value ($36$) for three pizzas and three glasses of wine.. while taking a break from a long needed clothes shopping expedition. WE WILL BE BACK FOR SURE! 10/10. Great crust, cheese, and sauce. That’s what pizzas about right?

I’ve been by this place several times but for whatever reason hadn’t tried eating here. Last night I stopped in before the movie and was really surprised how good the pizza was. Some of the other menu items looked really good also. I’ll be back again.

I love Famoso! I always get the lunch special with a mini pizza and the soup or salad. Both are great options but I usually favour the thick tomatoe soup. Staff are usually very friendly and fun to chat with but a few of the managers are scary and seem like they don’t wanna be there. But still worth it to go! I always get a pizza but then change out a bunch of toppings and it is almost always amazing. I’m talking DELICIOUS!! Once in a while the pizza is burnt but they’ll make a new one if asked. All in all almost always love the food and almost always love the vibe/being there!!

Love coming here before a movie. Fantastic Nutella mocha, great pizza. Benches are getting a bit worn, but the service was fantastic. In addition to being great with us our server was kind and just great with a family and small child. Kneeling down to speak directly to them, and taking the time to make sure they were getting what they wanted. We'll be back!

Love this place! Anytime I'm on that side of town I'll find an excuse to go. I love the lunch conbos. My go to is a pizza with the tomato soup. When ever my mom comes into town she always requests to go here as her Famoso closed down in her town. It's always a treat and a great place to enjoy fresh baked pizza, Italian soda, and yummy desserts.
