Not only are they reasonably priced but they give you service like a small company that wants repeat customers. We returned the vehicle a few minutes late with a little scuff on the wheel. I thought they might take the chance to make bunch of money but they were more than reasonable. I will definitely be back and they are the first place I would recommend.

2 years in a row I have reserved a car to use while in Canada. Driving up from Oregon we need an extra car. Janel worked with us to coordinate the timing and we worked out an agreement to have the car delivered and picked up from Provost. They have been wonderfully accommodating and easy to work with. We will use them every year!

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Cassy at Trucar. She helped us in our time of need! Truck broke down on Friday of the long weekend. Had to leave it in Vermilion for the week.Cassy got us the only rental vehicle in town that we could tow with. Thank you so much for your help and empathy. This place is a joke! My husband rented a truck for one day and brought the truck back the next day when it was due. One of the employees did the walk around with him, signed off that there was no damage and called back FOUR hours later to tell him that the bumper was damaged and that he would have to pay the $500 deductible! The employees here are especially rude and ignorant. The lady on the phone started yelling and shouting that he signed a legally binding contract and he’s going to have to pay it. What is the point of signing off on a walk around of the vehicle if they can call 4 hours later and demand that you pay for damage? A lot could have happened in those 4 hours! Save yourself the headache and don’t give this place any business!

Horrible!!! They were very rude from the moment we picked up the car. They try to get money from you anyway they can. Definitely would not go back staff is very ignorant.

Had a very good experience. The new Cadillac trucar rented me was a absolute pleasure to drive very nice. All and all great place to rent a vehicle.

We rent here all the time alright vehicles also pretty good deals they give us usually
