Hi, have had wee clean green now for two cleanings and they are truly amazing! As a busy of 3 mom. It so amazing to come home to a house fully cleaned. One less thing to worry about.. Vanessa the owner is so amazing to deal with. Amber the manager is truly amazing to have come and clean as well! After some hesitation I booked a cleaning service with wee clean green. After a week of unnecessary back and fourth with the owner I was finally able to get an appointment date confirmed. Upon booking I was very clear that I required three cleaners to ensure that the cleaning was done in a timely manner. On the day of the cleaning, one cleaner arrived on time a second cleaner, arrived an hour later, and the third cleaner never came. I contacted the owner to make them aware of the situation, and to this day, I have yet to receive a reply or apology for the inconvenience. They simply took the payment and never contacted me again. Furthermore, the cleaning was not done well. I had to constantly ask for things to be re-cleaned and cleaned properly. I would not use this company again.

My experience with the cleaning service started well. The cleaners were punctual, friendly and did a good job. The second time however a different set of cleaners came late, didn't come with many products, spoke a different language to each other while I was home alone with them and didn't stay long enough to do a proper cleaning. I requested the original cleaners for my third cleaning which the owner said was no problem, however on the day a pair that had never been here before came (one on time the other an hour late). Overall the service is OK but it's inconsistent and the owner is very poor at responding to emails
