Cityfone used to have the absolutely best customer service. Rogers bought out Cityfone. Now when calling Cityfone, you can expect to sit on hold for .5 - 1 hour before you get through to Rogers Call Centre in India. Then you will be helped by a 'know-nothing' rep who treats you like the enemy. The Canadian Gov't has approved of Rogers consuming Shaw Cable. Another 'great customer service' provider will soon be serving us the same odious customer service and sky-high prices as Rogers, Telus and Bell.

After a number of years, the service I've received in the past 12 months has been deplorable. Time spend unlocking my phone and tablet, for traveling purposes, did not work at all and I wasted time and money trying to get this fixed. Now, I'm being charged for a tablet without an active SIM card and all of my four voice call back" requests

My mother signed up with Cityfone because of the low prices and it has been an awful experience for her. Her phone (Huawei) stopped working very shortly after she got it, and when she reached out to customer service she was talked down to by a rude and condescending man. For a company that markets itself to older adults" this is unacceptable. She is stuck in a contract with them for 1 more year and will be leaving as soon as that ends. Avoid this company!"

Zoomed has the worst service. Supposed to be rogers network, but they obviously is the slow part. Calls always dropped, even when I was talking to their support line. Finally decide to move on. Only for them to tell me I have to pay a cancellation fee. I never singed a contract. Stay away from this company.

Worst service, customer service. They send email and asking to call and when you call saying email is nonsense. They said supervisor will call with in 24 to 48 hours and after three days no call. All they care is money and accuse you of not getting higher contract. They said when you contract finished you do not need to call and we give 10% discount but when I call the agent was not aware of it and put me on hold and then said it's done. Then when I checked my bill was the same and when I call back agent telling me did you give notice and after checking said that agent did not do it properly and it did not went through so I fix it for your next bill and all nonsense.

The Sim card that was shipped was DOA. This is probably a very rare occurrence, but if it does happen, there is no physical store to switch / pickup another one. You will have to contact support and have another one shipped out which can be up to 2 business days. Over over the weekend if you happen to run into this on a Thursday / Friday.Otherwise the support is very professional.But this is reality of buying service from a provider without any kiosk or physical store locations.

I got a deal last 2021 that is data plan plus samsung phone. I regret it. I am just waiting until my 2 years contract is over. Whenever I call for help, I have to wait for almost an hour. After, they just left me an email that they tried to call me but for me I dont answer any unknown # for safety purposes. It seems like customer have to adjust for them, they will call you but you can't call them. I also get disconnected from my data from time to time (it happens a lot of time). I tried to approach them about this and they never give credit.

I called at 5:30pm local time and very quickly got through to the kindest customer service agent. I was very happy with the support they provided. I've been a customer for over a year now and have had great experiences with their affordable plans.

Very poor and Rude customer service.I spoke with Lady name Neha instead of helping she was talking rudely saying you can try another representative.I never heard anything from any other customer service in canada .Also you need to gi e pre-authorised payment information and they charge you what ever they wantAs I can see my bill with partial charges plus charges for next billing cycle plus overcharges ?? Again and the funny part is I still left with some data ???This is scam the way they generate bills for 15 days???

We've made 2 technical service calls in the past month or so. Both times the Cityfone agent (Josh was the second one) was knowledgeable, polite, and patient. There was virtually no wait. and they resolved both issues that we had. Excellent service.
