The house is really great. I loved it. Landscape is very beautiful. A big and bright house. There were too many pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery in the kitchen. There are olive oil, various coffees, spices. You can easily cook. There is a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. They made our job so easy. The balcony has a barbecue and hot tub. After going down for 1 minute, you immediately reach the ocean. Great for swimming would love to stay in this house again.

Such a great value for the convenience of being close to all the shopping and restaurants of Victoria. Our 2 couples had plenty of space to relax and enjoy watching TV or playing cards.

The Beach House itself was wonderful. Beautiful setting and wildlife and very clean. Customer service and toiletries very bad. We were given 4 wash cloths and 4 hand towels and 1 bath towel for 2 people for a 2 night stay. Also bath towel had obviously been used out for hot tub and was stained. No extra towels for hot tub supposed to use the one bath towel and 2 hand towels to shower and use hot tub. Informed Iris Properties approx 5:30 first night and told they wouldn't do anything until the next day. And they assured it would be taken care of by 5:00PM next day. About 5:15 we were told there was an emergency elsewhere and towels would come after we checked out. Also the king size bed had a king size lower sheet, but 2 queen or full size sheets to give you full coverage. Had to go out and buy our own facial tissues. You spend hours exploring and hiking and you would really like to take a shower and have towels to dry yourself.Too bad that something as simple as housekeeping and customer service taints the stay at a beautiful place.

What a difference a professional property management team makes! Their communication was always prompt and very thorough. The property we rented for a week was well maintained with all the nice touches, only a professional team would think about. This property owner chose well in selecting Iris.

This was the best “ stocked with supplies” unit we’ve ever stayed in. Everything from coffee, filters, coffee grinder, all the soaps, detergents, shampoos, etc. We so appreciate your attention to details. Beautiful view, comfortable, and what a great location!

We had a great time at this place. Smooth check in and check out. Beautiful ultra modern two bedroom apartment with full kitchen. Property management stayed in touch by text and email during our stay. They made sure our stay was safe and enjoyable. We loved rooftop patio with BBQ and beautiful view of city. We will definitely come back to this place in near future. We highly recommend to anyone who is planning to visit Victoria. Don’t look anywhere else just book this place.Thanks

Comfortable, well equipped, conveniently located (easy access from the airport and an easy drive straight down Quadra to the heart of Victoria). We did have to buy coasters and tea towels from the local dollar store, but left those behind for the next guests.

Lovely place! Great central location with a nice view. Beds were comfortable, with nice linens and comforters. Consider including a lighter blanket for each bed. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay here again.

Extremely clean and well equipped. Hot tub could have been warmer. Option of a continental breakfast would have been nice as it’s difficult to find a restaurant; however was glad to find a can of coffee available for morning coffee. Beautiful view.

I stayed for 3 nights while visiting family at the Saanich Peninsula Hospital. I was really impressed with this guest suite and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It had everything I needed (and more); the kitchen was well appointed, it was beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. The laundered and pressed bed linens are such a nice touch! I wouldn't hesitate to book this again if I needed a place in the area again. Very convenient location near the water, the Brentwood Bay Pub and the Mill Bay ferry, in a very quiet and safe residential area. Highly recommend!!
