Super luxe experience with professional massages and treatments

The staff were very pleasant, however, I had a humiliating experience here that I did not expect to have at a spa of this calibre. I have been a regular at a few of the high-end hotel spas in Montreal and I have never had this happen anywhere else. Upon changing out of my clothes to change into a robe, I had to change back into my clothes to go ask reception for a larger size robe because the one provided in the locker did not fit me. I have recently put on weight due to medical reasons and this was incredibly embarrassing to have to ask for, and very inconvenient to have to change, ask, and change back again. For reference, I’ve never had to ask for a “special sized” robe in any other luxury spa—this really put a damper on the very start of my experience at the Guerlain Spa and made me feel upset when I was supposed to be comfortable, relaxed, and celebrating my birthday.

This place is clean and the rooms are comfy

The check in was easy, they provide towels to wipe your hands and a selection of a complimentary small drink. I chose a shot of green juice. It tasted great.The locker assigned had a robe, towel, and sandals. The bathrooms were huge, they had a seating vanity area with some styling products. The locker room was very tasteful.The waiting area had snacks and drinks.I had a couples room with my partner for our massage. My massage therapist was very nice. The therapist incorporated some aromatherapy to begin my massage. I enjoyed my experience. My partner enjoyed his massage as well.After your massage you can go back to the waiting area for the hot/cold foot bath and a stone walkway.The only negative thing was that we were not advised upon booking that our scheduled booking wouldn't give us enough time to enjoy the hot/cold foot bath and stone walk.I will definitely come back and I would recommend this spa to my family and friends.

Outstanding experience! Had the 90minute Power of Montreal treatment. It was perfect. My therapist (Rowan) also did some hip extensions that was so helpful. The written summary afterwards is a nice touch and very thoughtful.

Excellent experience! I felt relaxed and renewed! Very beautiful, luxurious and calm space! Definitely I will come back!

FANTASTIC. Had a 90-minute massage with Coraline and my husband had a similar 90-minute massage with a therapist whose name escapes me.From the opening ritual of scent, to the facial treatment and massage, it really relaxed my senses. The massage table was wider and more comfortable than others I have been on. Would highly recommend. I can't wait to return!
