Very disappointing visit. When they first opened the service was phenomenal! Was shocked how unwelcoming to kids and customers. Based on recent comments the manager seems to have trouble coping with kids in the store, unfortunately showing your hatred for them is not acceptable in customer service.

The so called manager at this location is extremely rude and has the WORST customer service skills. Needs to be let go asap. Love the products they sell but unfortunately will no longer be shopping there until they find a new manager.

Please listen to the negative reviews as they are all accurate. I wanted to try the tech at Miniso, so I bought one of their powerbanks that was sale since I needed one. It worked, but the capacity (which was 10000mAh), was not as advertised. It could only charge my phone up to around 80% once before it died.Tried to return it, but that was impossible since the customer service was so awful. Not sure who the male worker is, he might be the manager, but he was incredibly rude and basically treated me as if I was lying. He initially agreed to keep it overnight to test if it worked, but then backtracked and said he never promised that and that I was talking him in circles". He didn't understand the concept of battery capacity at all even though I tried to explain it to him. He was able to charge his phone like 10% and so according to him it worked perfectly and that was all the testing that was necessary so he refused my refund request.Anyway don't waste your time here

Do not visit this store! The Oakville location is the worse of worse when it comes to good or at least appropriate customer service. The associate working here was very rude and extremely hurtful with his words when telling my special needs child to put away an item back to where it belongs, even though it was just a row away. My child didn't understand and was extremely upset after that. When I approached the employee to remind him how inappropriate and hurtful his behavior was, he told us to leave and get out! No lies! Please stay away from this psychotic branch and it's employees.

All the negative reviews about this place are true. The guy who is supposedly the store manager has no manners and is extremely rude. He even treats the children bad with zero empathy. I recommend that you keep your children away from him and spend your money at other Miniso locations with higher ratings.

Terrible experience with the biggest attitude by the female student cashier. Apparently the managers name is top secret!!! No wonder why. Would have rather spent my $60 elsewhere in a store that greets you with a smile and appreciates your business. Will NEVER step a foot in there again.

very bad experience. the lady cashier was very rude. as I opened the umbrella and she came and said you have to buy an umbrella it's our policy. like what! there's no policy like this and even they didn't mentioned anythihg near the umbrella that you can't open if it their policy.after that she said I'll call the security if you don't buy. I'll suggest don't go there.
