We had the buffet. Food quality was ok, but selection is poor for a buffet. It felt like menu based. You could say it's a very traditional Canadian breakfast.The staff who greeted us didn't let us choose our seats even though the place was empty. Also, the staff asked if we wanted coffee, when to a different group the staff asked if they wanted coffee or tea or juice. Basic customer service is lacking.The table she assigned us to was sticky and had debris left on the surface. The single use creamers were all not cold and at room temperature. I think I saw a small piece of white hair in the scrambled eggs.

The food here was subpar and over priced, while the restaurant claimed best value in town. The serving staff were split with a few being super friendly and helpful, but that was over shadowed by the many that were disinterested, gruff and dismissive or in the case of the lounge just avoidant. Food was slow to come from the kitchen and generally cold. Raw chicken and dirty plates and serving utensils at the buffetThere is better fare in the lounges/restaurants in the surrounding hotels and area, must better priced, better taste with friendlier service.Even the costco, around the corner, was more concerned with how my meal was.

Most years I’ve gone to this restaurant on Christmas Day for dinner and they have a nice Buffet The food is always to die for and the staff is great . Unfortunately 2021 with Covid they had to do something different which is understandable you had to order from a menu .and they brought it to you and I would have to say worst meal it was cold. Like right of of the fridge . the waitress although nice forgot everything took forever to get our reheated food like I don’t understand how you serve cold food I’m gonna seriously rethink next year

meh, food was fine. their wine list had a reisling but nobody on staff knew what that was, so I wasn't able to get any. also, processed cheese slice on a clubhouse sandwich? over all, pretty mediocre fare.

Very pricey for basic pub food. I paid $10 for a tiny slice of what looked like store bought cheesecake. $28 for a steak sandwich should have been $7. This is the first and last time I will eat here.

Located in the Best Western Winnipeg Airport Hotel, Dalton's has a Sunday brunch $20 incl coffee, tea or juice). The buffet consists of an omelette station/roast beef, an extensive salad bar/cold meats table incl shrimp and smoked salmon and hot entrees area such as chicken and 2 styles of egg, e.g.scrambled and Benedict. There is a dessert station with various treats incl. fresh fruit options. This is a good restaurant if choice and varied seating options (for families, groups, accessible are important. Service is good and overall is a good value for a Sunday Brunch.

I had the French onion soup and it was quite good. The service was quick. I opted for something light as I had an early morning flight and didn't want to eat much. However I noticed the buffet looked delicious and may try that next time.

Christmas Day 181225 I had just brought my 72-year-old wife of 45 years, home from HSC Emergency on CHRISTmas Eve afternoon after she'd spent 24+ hours fighting the violent flu.She wouldn't be able to go outside anywhere for another week, let alone make her delicious CHRISTmas Dinner for our boarder 'Will' & I.I spoke with the hostess Sherry (?) at 'Dalton's' and she said she'd make an exception and allow 'Take-Out' of their CHRISmas Buffet.Thank you for your 'intelligent obedience' of your rules. We loved the high-quality offering and my wife said, as she only could eat the potatoes, perogies & gravy, it is worth every cent

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We decided to eat at Dalton Restaurant for their lunch buffet.Their slogan is Winnipeg's Best Value"... this is not an accurate statement.On the menu...Tomato Soup
