My mom doesnt leave reviews so she asked me to do this one for her. She needed her screen fixed on a 5 year old phone and called several place in both Duluth and up North in and around Virginia & Eveleth. Every other place said they could not get the screen she needed and Colin was able to get it right away and fixed it in about an hour. It was $109 and she is BEYOND grateful for Tech Medic's professionalism, kindness & fast, efficient work.

I have had success here with getting minor problems with my phone fixed. I came in with a MacBook Pro that had liquid damage and was told that I would soon get feedback on if he could do anything about it or not. I waited for over a week and never received any kind of feedback and due to being a college student, time was of the essence. Went to pick it up so that I could send it in to Apple to get it repaired and although he was respectful about me wanting to take my computer back and did not overcharge, my boyfriend and I did catch him vaping directly over my unassembled computer. 1. Horribly unprofessional to be vaping in front of customers in your workplace. 2. Vape smoke has the potential to be harmful to electronics, and even if that is not always true, I really don't feel comfortable with someone blowing out vape smoke into my disassembled laptop.

Colin did a great job. Provided honest feedback when I first dropped off my 'dead' laptop (thought it was dead for sure!). He promised to look it over and would reach out within 3 days, no upfront fee required. 3 days later as promised, he reached out to me to inform me that it was up and running! No hidden fee's, no extra charges - Colin charged a fair price for his work. I appreciate that and recommend him and his services to anyone with an issue.

Tech Medics bought my 1+ phone after I replaced it with a Samsung and different service provider. Seems to be a worthwhile small business. Looks like it's developing a 1990's early 2000's computer hacker bunker vibe inside.

This place is the best! Honest, professional, and affordable. Dropped my laptop while doing school work, power button was completely jammed. He had it fixed in under two hours with an extremely affordable rate. Highly recommended.

I made a terrible mistake and accidentally dropped my Samsung Galaxy Note 8 while playing pokémon go with my daughter in west Duluth, Minnesota. This was Samsungs most expensive flagship device to date and it is an amazing device that enriches my life greatly. So as I helplessly watched gravity snatch up my robotic companion and, seemingly in slow motion, pull it approximately one meter down to its inevitable doom, I froze, suspended in animation and I felt the cold, moist presence of a single teardrop fall from my eyelid down the length of my face and then drop succumbing to the exact fate my gizmo endured mere seconds ago. A piece of my soul was riding that lone teardrop and was carried to its abrupt finale, relegated to the earth realm forever more. . . Then I brought it to Tech medics. They fixed it 24 hours later, and my soul was instantly regrown and I lived happily ever after. They were nice and good at what they did too. 5 stars and high praise to what will surely remain an inexpendable member of our community, providing OUTSTANDING service to the twin ports community for decades to come! I'm giving my highest rating and 42 thumbs way up to Tech Medics on London Road, in Duluth, Minnesota and highly recommending to every eligible Human Bean effective immediately! Did what he said he would do with upfront pricing and time table can't ask for more.

I brought my iphone to Cullen at Tech Medics after it fell into lake water. He gave me an accurate estimate on the chances of repair and then proceeded to dry out the components with special equipment which removed the oxidatation/corrosion from the damaged parts. He replaced the battery and my phone was back to normal in 24 hours. Great service!

I've used Tech Medics a handful of times over the years and had great luck. Super quick service and very friendly. Highly recommend.

It was a great experience, Staff was great we got our laptop back a few days after dropping it off.
