Friendly and helpful staff.

Not sure how to give zero stars. Very upset with this branch. They are apparently not well trained. I have a joint account with my mother. She passed away and I went in to close out the account. Not only did the not allow me to do that, the froze the account so I (joint in the account) could not access! They told me they would advise me what THEY WERE GOING to do . It’s been a week! Still not contact and they won’t allow me to access MY money!!!!!! At a Time like this, they added more stress and upset to me.I then went to the Royal bank to do the same. Expecting them to do what CUA did. They advised me they could not freeze as I was joint. So I could never ever ever recommend anyone deal with this place. So upset'!!!!!!!!

What a helpful financial institutions and the staff are amazing(most of them)

Credit Unions are a better idea compared to conventional banks.
