Great experience on our trip to PEI. Volkan and Tolga are so nice, courteous, and professional! Picked us up promptly at airport. Smooth process from booking to drop off. They returned calls or emails promptly. Price was better than other agencies as well. Highly recommend.

I rented a car from here for 9 days in Charlottetown. When I picked it up she gave me a Mini Cooper. I've always thought these were cute cars. I took the car back to my AirBandB parked it. Then the next day I went out for most of the day and wow I am way to tall for a Mini Cooper LOL Called the next morning and not an issue, she switched the car out for me and I left with an Elantra for the rest of my time :) Amazing customer service from booking, pick up, switching the car out to drop off.

We couldn’t say enough good things about this company! Very accommodating for our trip. We were able to get a vehicle with short notice and for a great price! The couple running the business was friendly and had us set up with a car very quickly, no hassle or extra fees. They are located in Charlottetown and were able to drop us off at the airport. We are grateful that we got to see everything we wanted to in PEI for such a good price and support a local business!

Really great rental car company to work with. The day we arrived on the island our motorcycle broke down and we had to wait a week for parts to come in. We chose to rent a car to have some freedom to explore the island and are glad we chose this company. They were very accommodating with us calling to extend our rental dates. The day the bike was fixed and we were set to drop the rental vehicle off at 5pm, it started to pour rain outside. The owner was great and offered to let us keep the rental car until 9am the next day so we weren't soaking wet and could get back to our hotel. He then let us park the motorcycle in the parking garage overnight free of charge until the next morning. The vehicle we had was new, clean, and in great shape. We would recommend this business to everyone.

Amazing car rental experience. The business owner really takes customer service to another level. Very accommodating and went out of their way to help make our trip to PEI much more enjoyable. You really get a feel for a family run business but in a professional manner, this company is a great example of a family business that really goes the extra mile for their customers. 100% recommend to give them a shot, plus they offer very reasonable rates.

Super friendly staff, and HELPFUL! We returned the car when it was pouring rain. They offered to drive us to the cruise ship which kept us from getting soaked! Thank you soooo much! Family owned and operated with reasonable prices. I highly recommend!

If their is a negative review on this site then, it’s due to miscommunication on the customers end. This is a family owned business and they are so wonderful and personable. Their kids even speak and help out with the customers. They went over and above for us. I left something in the rental car on the mirror that belonged to the people I rented the Air BNB from and I was already back in Ontario. They tracked down the car I rented and brought it back home to the rightful owners. I will only recommend this company. For fairness and price and know I am supporting a family. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again. We will be sure to use your services again.

We arrived in Charlottetown via cruise ship and made a last-minute decision to rent a car to visit the Anne of Green Gables museum on the north side of the island. Volkan gave us a very friendly greeting and quickly walked us through the reservation process and let us chose our vehicle. He then provided us all directions for our trip before seeing us off. Upon return, the vehicle drop-off was very simple and quick.Overall, we had a great experience with PEI Car Rental! Would definitely recommend them to anyone visiting Charlottetown.

I would highly recommend PEI Car Rental! We ended up with car issues and needed a rental for a few days and they were kind enough to stay open a little later so that we could get to them from Cavendish. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding!!
