I went a couple weeks ago to look at some frames, feeling excited to finally buy a new pair! I walked in being the only customer and a girl walks up to me and asks what I’m looking for, I tell her my budget and she seemed very rude after the number I gave her and just seemed not interested to help, then went back to her desk. I felt watched by a few of the workers while trying on frames, and it was uncomfortable and awkward. I left feeling judged and won’t be back anytime soon! I’ve had a lot of good experiences at other places that never made me feel I wasn’t important because I couldn’t afford $1000 frames.

Kaylynn helped me choose the PERFECT glasses AND sunglasses. She was honest and extremely valuable throughout the entire experience. I received both pairs in UNDER a week!! Amazing service ❤️

The team at idylwyld is amazing i can't say enough about them!The team helped me find so many pairs of glasses, i had all the girls helping me find the perfect 2 pairs of glasses. They let me know all out my different options and took their time helping me. The girls there were amazing help to me. I definitely recommend them to anyone!!

The manager yelled at my children and continued to try argue with me along with another worker, it is NEVER okay to yell at another person child!

Best customer service ever, the staff is knowledgeable, kind and friendly. They had to put up with me and I had no idea what I was really looking for. I would recommend Factory Optical to anyone that is looking for exceptional service.

I highly recommend this location of Factory Optical! Great customer service, and the environment in the store is very positive and welcoming. I was able to take my time on a huge selection of frames, and got genuine feedback when I tried a pair on. This is definitely the location to go to when you want to be treated like your business matters and where you’re not rushed into making a purchase, big thanks to Taelor!

Horrible service! Some staff need better customer service! Chrissy and Brooklyn both think it’s okay to verbally and aggressively yell at children. Staff are very rude, petty and not professional!

My mom broke her frames in a fall and we have been unable to take her anywhere to get them replaced. Her frames are several years old so stores don't carry them anymore, but I was able to find the same frames online. I brought them in today and asked if they could put her old lenses in the new frames. I was quite willing to pay for her time and effort, but she didn't charge me anything, and it only took a few minutes. Thank you!

I’ve bought glasses two years in a row here for my 7 year old daughter and myself and both times, the frames have broken on us. I would expect glasses that are priced so high not to break so easily but they do! They only cover you to fix them once so now I’m stuck using duct tape to tape the glasses arm on so I can drive. Because the Prince Albert Factory Optical said they can’t fix them and they want more money for new frames! Why would I pay more money for frames that break so easily!!
